Sea and rural surroundings, convenient position.

The Chalet will be clean, spacious and convenient to everything available in this beautiful environment. You will have a generous view of our estuary and sandhills to the front. Then as the property backs on to a farm there is a very strong rural feel, with wide views of Bream Tail Farm and the Brynderwyn hills. Trek the Goldschmidt track to the beach from the top end of Cullen St or 25 minutes walk by road. The estuary walk is about 10 minutes via the shortcut track halfway down the road.

Beautiful studio unit located within a 5 minute drive to Black Swamp Beach and 3 minute drive to Mangawhai Village. Comfortable king bed. Free wifi, TV with Netflix. Espresso coffee machine. Unit is attached to the side of our family home but is completely separate with own entrance. Suitable for 2 adults and 1 child, not suitable for 3 adults. No smoking or vaping.
