The Annex - self contained unit .

The Annex is on a small farmlet, 6 km south of Whangarei, with harbour views. It was a sleepout, built in the 1980's, separate, but next to the main house. It has two bedrooms. There is a double bed and two singles plus a day bed in the living area. The living/ dining area, has a wood fire. There is a small shower room and separate toilet. It is situated about 100 mtr off SH1, so there can be road noise. There are no streetlights and it can be very dark if you arrive after sundown.

Kensington Studio

Modern spacious self contained studio with its own private entrance. 5 minutes from the Town Basin; a perfect base for exploring Whangarei. Upstairs bedroom with queen & single beds. Downstairs a separate bathroom adjacent to lounge with heat pump and small kitchenette. Includes jug, toaster, fridge, microwave.
