Excellent accommodation, good mattresses, air conditioned in very good condition, pretty area of Pampatar, close to several restaurants, good nightclubs, Farmatodo, service stations and central point to go to any of the beaches on the island. Maritza (The host), it was class apart, we were able to check in earlier and check out later, she was super aware of us from when we arrived until we left. 100% Recommended this place.

Emir and his wife took care of us very well... the house was perfect, they welcomed us with very nice details and they were always attentive to us, nothing was missing.

Outside of the excellent price they manage for such a property, coming back to that house brings me so many family memories. It goes beyond a simple accommodation she makes the experience comfortable and unparalleled and is always waiting to answer any questions! Enrique’s Place was a fantastic stay for our trip to Margarita Island. The apartment is very centrally located — within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and other key spots, which made everything incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless and very well kept, offering plenty of space and comfort for our group of five. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evenings or enjoying a morning coffee. A special thanks to Neida, who was outstanding throughout our stay. She was responsive, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, we had an excellent time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Enrique’s Place to anyone planning a visit to Margarita. Excellent location. beachfront and one of the most moved areas on the island. Very good view from the apart. The building and the apart is very well maintained. It does not have water peoblemas. That's fine endowed se utensilios. It's worth the stay there.

It was a pretty good experience. Just like at home, Mrs. Xiomara's excellent attention, the arrival was quite flexible and comfortable, I would come back and recommend it to my friends, easy access, well-kept common areas, safe, impeccable and quiet. Convenient parking, A barbecue area, a lovely pool. A kiosk inside the same residence. The apartment is clean, with air conditioning, internet, cable. My stay in Micaela's apartment, from January 3rd to 9th, was simply wonderful. Blanca, the hostess, welcomed me with a warmth that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Her attention throughout my stay was impeccable, from check-in to check-out. The apartment, located in the CCM Shopping Center, offered all the necessary amenities: an equipped kitchen, fridge, closet and clean towels. In addition, the convenience store, pizzerias, and car and bike rental services within the same shopping mall were very convenient. Blanca, in addition to being an excellent host, gave me a small tour of the area, showing me how close La Vela Shopping Center was, one of the largest on the island. There I was able to enjoy a gym, shops and restaurants. What I valued most was the security of the place. The parking lot has 24-hour surveillance and the guards are extremely friendly and helpful.
