The most impressive thing about this place is its exceptional and relaxing ocean view. Located in the most exclusive area of Margarita, at the top of La Caranta, in Pampatar. With a beautiful pool overlooking the bay, and a secluded beach ideal for diving across the street. Reserve water tank, central air conditioning, a very nice living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the most special: the balcony. You will have a truly extraordinary, unique and peaceful experience.

Relax in this quiet and elegant space, located in Playa el Angel, an area of great gastronomic and economic growth on the island of Margarita. Located in a residential complex with private surveillance, 50 meters from Avenida Aldonza Manrique, with easy access to excellent restaurants, shopping malls, pharmacies, supermarkets, and paddle courts.
