Tinyhouse with sea view at Fytema beach, Ikaria

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

Our home is a great location to endure some peace and quite live -an escape from the crowds and major tourist areas yet close by if you wish to see the sights.

Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around.

The stone is located in the village plambos a few minutes from the port Evdilos (2 km ) and with the nearest beach just a private path far away In the stone stone stands out the large courtyard which can be used at all hours of the day from the morning on the side of the beach for a breakfast with a view as well as the afternoon hours in the outdoor living room for panoramic views of the Aegean with the nice colors of the sunset.
