Villa Sofimar smještena je u mirnom mjestu Zubovići, uz samu morsku obalu pokraj impresivne stjenovite klisure. Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Apartmán sa nachádza na druhom poschodí nového štýlového domu, bez balkóna. Je vzdialený len 50 m od mora. Pozícia je ideálna na kúpanie, či prechádzky po pláži. Apartmán je plne vybavený veľkou kúpelňou a spálňou, v menšej kuchynke však tiež nájdete všetko potrebné. Je priam stvorený pre čas strávený vo dvojici. Aby ste aj pri neskorom príchode boli bez starostí, v apartmáne nájdete v chladničke vodu na osvieženie, kapsule na kávu na prvé ráno a v kúpelni jednorázový sprchový gél.

We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km).
