Villa holiday rentals in Mandelieu-La Napoule

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us a lot of advice and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay with Dominique to the fullest. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful – in the middle of nature, quiet and full of positive energy. Just the right place to unwind and relax. Amazing place to stay - beautiful house and garden, very clean with lots of things to do. Very clean and well maintained - few minutes walk to a lovely little town with nice restaurabts and close to the sea. Communication with the hosts was super easy, definitely recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.

We booked very last minute and Nathalie responded super fast and was super friendly and uncomplicated. We thought the garden was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely house, super nicely decorated. Cute and spacious and luminous. Pool and gallery very lovely. We loved Mougins, the town 7 min by car (old town) is to die for. Cutest restaurants. Close to Cannes and Nice. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended. Hosts very welcoming and all process ran super smoothly. We loved the house! Perfect for the 5 of us.

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

We spent a week to celebrate my birthday in June. What an amazing stay! The villa is so charming, well equipped, cosy and practically equipped. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and soo beautiful. Corinne was helpful and attentive, whenever we had a question.

Natalie’s home absolutely a gem, very high-quality, extremely comfortable, well appointed and clean with beautiful view of St Tropez. There’s a guide for the home and surrounding area that is very helpful for travelers that are new to the area. Everything about this home is top-notch. So peaceful and quiet)) everything you need for a self-contained, relaxing stay, or just set you up at a great location to tour Provence. My fiancé and I did both and we found the house to be perfect for us!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

This home was perfect for our family of 4. It was better than we had imagined and gave us a place to spread out and relax. The location is very private, but only a 20 minute drive to almost all the major parts of Cannes and Antibes. The very adequate air conditioning and pool gave us relief from the hot summer and the kitchen allowed us to cook any kind of food we managed to find from the local markets. Lastly Benoit was a fantastic host, always available and genuinely interested in our experience.

We loved every aspect, from the location and peace to the brilliant facilities. You can use the gas grill. Ceiling fans in each bedroom, although air conditioning would be more helpful during this period:) Effortless contact with the owner when we asked for help in organizing a motorcycle trip - he came to help.

Perfect play to stay on Cote d’Azur. The villa was just as described with good privacy on the property, plenty of room for a bigger group, a lovely pool area and superb views. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the terrace overlooking the Beaulieu bay. Would definitely book again. Our host was responsive and friendly.

Clean, comfortable, homey - located in the hills this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home is great for a family or group. 1 master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 other bedrooms with queen beds and shared bathroom. Access to outdoor space throughout the house off all 3 bedrooms as well as off the kitchen. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Access to laundry room. Reasonably speedy wifi in main portions of house although doesn’t reach pool deck. Gorgeous pool overlooking the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Note lots of stairs as it’s a house built into the hill so check if there are any mobility impairments with your guests. Also the drive way is steep (don’t need a 4x4, but make sure to be careful with your rental car).
