Belle's place is a great place to stay. We are party of 15 and the room is big enough for all of us. The place is clean and the host is responsive. Belle is also very accommodating. I had to request something from her and she gladly accomdated it. I would love to go back here again and will recommend this to my friends and family. Thank you, Belle for hosting us.

The house or should I say mansion was amazing so spacious & even though the house is high up in the hills so it was cooler, every room had its own AC unit. The whole family loved it! The caretaker was great as well, able to sort anything that I needed including booking a taxi. This place was great & very peaceful & secure, I highly recommend this place.

A clean and tidy accommodation. It is located close to the downtown area. There is a 24-hour water vending machine on the first floor of the accommodation, and there is also a small mart, making it convenient to purchase daily necessities. The friendly and kind host👍👍 provides quick responses.

This place is absolutely stunning! It’s like stepping into a different world, not even in Cebu. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it’s a bit too close to the main road, and the sound insulation isn’t good. It’s fine during the day, but at night, the passing motorcycles and cars makes me hard to sleep.

It’s our third time staying at Jane’s home. We must say that it keeps getting better each time. She listens to her guests’ and takes suggestions to heart. It truly reflects on how well-maintained her home is. It is very straight forward, no unnecessary item or furniture that eats up space. Everything you find inside has a purpose. Jane’s welcome note and welcome treat are consistent, which we find very thoughtful.

Dies war unser erstes Airbnb überhaupt: Es hat uns auf den Bildern sofort gefallen und entspricht exakt dem, was dort zu sehen und wie es beschrieben ist. Ein Hotelzimmer in dieser Größe, Ausstattung und mit diesem Ausblick kann locker das 10-fache kosten. Da wir keine Hotelservices wie ein Frühstück oder einen Hotelpagen benötigen (weil wir gerne auswärts essen und eigenen Aktivitäten nachgehen), ist ein Airbnb auch einfach die Beste Wahl. Dennoch bekommt man im Nachrichtencenter in der App alle erforderlichen Informationen vom Besitzer vorab zugeschickt. Ebenfalls werden Fragen jederzeit schnell beantwortet. Sehr gute Bars (Verified Rooftop Bar), Restaurants und Malls wie das Ayala Center mit den Terrassen sind einfach und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Gegen eine kleine Gebühr kann man rund um die Uhr einen Stellplatz in der bewachten Tiefgarage bekommen - absolut Super! Diese Unterkunft bekommt eine 100% Empfehlung von uns und wir werden sie in Zukunft wieder definitiv wieder buchen!

We soooo LOVE it here!!! My husband & I booked this for our wedding anniv celeb & we def never regretted choosing this over a hotel which was our initial choice. Everything you need, from kitchen tools, blockout curtains, highquality sound speaker, etc. The entire property is well-maintained, spotless, neatly & thoughtfully decorated. I personally love how it was minimalistically, yet elegantly designed - obvious attention to detail. Moreover, the stuff provided were not cheap ones - linen sprays smells fresh & elegant, sham&cond is soo good! ankets, bed, were all cozy! & what we love the most - Marns went above & beyond to make sure we felt at home & made our stay exceptional, she gifted us wine&chips! 🥹 Marn's place is such a haven for us! private, serene, cozy, citylights view, perfect while reading. Overall, this stay surpassed our expectations which made us decide to extend & made another advanced booking ;)

Ate Coring was incredibly accommodating and warm—she gave off that familiar "mom vibe," always checking in to make sure everything was in order and well-maintained. Whether we wanted to explore the area or just stay in and unwind, the unit was the perfect base. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. It is a corner unit with a lot of natural light, all appliances including AC are in working conditions . The place is convenient to many restaurants and shopping centers. Also. the host is friendly and accommodating. I definetly consider this unit when i am back to Cebu.

- Very easy and stress-free to check in as it is a pass word that the hosts will send to you just before you check in. - The place was very clean and they left extra water for me to - Internet was fast and responsive so you not have to worry about that - Hot water was nice and worked great in the shower - One of the best prices in Cebu for a newer one bedroom condo in Cebu city - Close walk to Oakwood business park were there is laundry shops, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores - Lovely and her husband are great super hosts, they made my stay memorable, and were always available, and gave great service and tried their best to make me feel at home. I was able to visit them a few times and they really are a nice couple.

The place is beautiful and perfect if you travel solo. It’s so nice to have complimentary water in room especially with cebu’s heat. Also the condo building is amazing and perfect location. You won’t go hungry in IT park. Def will stay again when I’m back because room is clean and efficient with space.

We stayed for five days at this place for our Cebu vacation. The place was easy to find, accessible to taxis and local transportation, with restaurants and grocery stores within a walking distance. A laundry shop is also conveniently placed nearby. The venue also have ample parking spaces for vehicles. But my advice is to request the parking space beforehand. The room smells wonderful when we arrived! We were able to rest well at this place and use it to its fullest. Although while we were staying there, lots of maintenance were being conducted, we still enjoyed our time. Their internet was quite slow especially at night, but manageable. The place could be cleaned a little more thoroughly, but nonetheless, our experience was enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place! It had been a pleasure! 😊

If you're on a budget and would like to stay somewhere quiet. This is the place to be. Home away from home. You can make your coffee, because they have an electric kettle. Cook meals as well. If you're unfamiliar with the place, you should do your grocery before checking in. Wi-Fi is great. I was able to binge on my favorite show on NetFlix. I just hope they could do something about the pressure of the water. Other than that, everything was excellent.
