Former stable renovated into a duplex in a mountain village at 1000 m above sea level on the PUY MARY site. Ideally located for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking and paragliding. The GR400 passes through Liadouze. Aurillac is 25 km away and Le Lioran is 16 km away. Enclosed, non-adjoining plot of land next to the gîte located on the other side of the street. With a barbecue and garden furniture, in a quiet location with a view of our mountains.
