We absolutely loved our stay at Leonard’s place and wished we could have stayed longer! The location was amazing for exploring by foot, or we could pick up Ride Indigo bikes from round the corner. Parking was sincerely appreciated, we fitted a RAV 4 in the space with no issues. Would stay again and recommend to others.

This was the perfect house for our needs. We were visiting our daughter who attends a local University for Easter. Renauld's place was big enough to accommodate our family, and made a great hangout spot to connect with our daughter and a couple of her friends. The kitchen made for easy home cooked meals. The large living spaces made for great areas to play games. The walkable neighborhood, easy parking and conveniently located stores was also great. All in all we throughly enjoyed having this space to stow away and connect as a family. Thank you Renauld!

Excellent communication, location. Street parking looked more daunting than it actually was. All around an outstanding value in a wonderful neighborhood.

We were only able to stay one night at Enmanuel's place, but our list is all pros, no cons! Enmanuel had Uber eats deliver coffee pods when we told him their weren't any. I live in NYC and so parking, neighborhood safety, and noise level was all good and nothing to complain about! We were loathe to leave in the morning, but we went to Philadelphia to sightsee, not to hang out in a unique and very clean Airbnb. Thank you, Enmanuel for providing this place.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful amenities specifically designed for kids. Our little ones felt right at home with the toys and games available, making it easy for them to settle in and have fun. The location is another highlight. We were just a stone's throw away from the art museum. Additionally, we loved how walkable the neighborhood was, with a diverse selection of restaurants just a few minutes away. Whether we were in the mood for casual dining or something more upscale, there was always a great option nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals, which added to the convenience of our stay. We appreciated the attention to detail. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

House is just as described inside, very clean and entertaining. The beds are comfortable, nice bathroom, great kitchen. Nice private, gated patio with comfy furniture. The location isn’t for everyone, and it is not ideal for kids or pets - trash and broken glass everywhere outside of the property, the entire neighborhood, out of the owners control but still deserves to be mentioned. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Jeff’s home was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to find and had a great dive bar next door called Lucky 13. The stairs could be tricky as they are steep and there is two floors so just note that. Otherwise the house was clean, peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

House was in a wonderful location. Enjoyed the easy access to trail system along the river. House was well set up and very clean.

This was a really spacious, very clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Even though its in a larger apartment building, it was very easy to get inside, easy to park, and everything went as expected. Taniya was responsive in the few times we reached out. We really appreciated the comfortable beds and comfy couch, too.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The location was awesome it was quiet and safe. We found parking out front and decided to Uber because the parking was tight at the location we wanted to visit. It bright in the morning but she left eye pads and earplugs I didn’t realize I needed for my boyfriend’s snoring. I would definitely stay again it was a great experience.

The place was exactly what we needed. A spacious place, located near a family gathering. There was so much sleeping space, comfy beds, lots of common space.

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Jess & Jess's place was amazing. She made sure we had everything we talked about. The home was absolutely beautiful, towels were fluffy & soft, beds were comfy & there is plenty of room. There are about 8 steps to go up to the house & a few at the door. We enjoyed watching the wildlife. i would definitely stay here again.

Very homey in a quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen made it very easy to cook. Comfortable rooms. Spacious and airy. Good WiFi. It was a perfect stay for myself, my kid and my dog. Decent street parking. It was perfect. Highly recommend.
