This was a really cute and comfortable place that has everything that you need for a few days in NW Philadelphia. It's on an extremely charming and peaceful street. Note that the location is perfect if you are eager or happy to stay in NW Philadelphia (near the Wissahickon Park, or the neighborhoods of Germantown, East Falls, Manayunk, Mt Airy, Chestnut Hill). If you are visiting Philadelphia for the first time you should realize that this house is not very close to the center of the city. You will need a car of a bike to get around if you stay here.

We stayed at Nica's place while our home was getting painted, and the apartment was just what we needed. There was plenty of room for my 21-month-old to play, and for me to work from home. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking for my family a breeze, but there are also lots of restaurants nearby. We're Philadelphia locals, but it was great to experience Chestnut Hill in a new way from Nica's extremely walkable apartment. Nica's clear and proactive communication made check-in and checkout smooth and simple. If we're in a similar situation, we would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at this unique Joe Frazier-themed home! The space was spacious, spotless, and full of character. A perfect blend of comfort and tribute to a boxing legend. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that celebrated Joe Frazier’s legacy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Anna and Warren were responsive before and after booking their place. They made sure to communicate how they could be reached if needed with any questions we had throughout our stay and were welcomimg of any feedback that can help them enhance guest experience. They provided clear instructions on where to find things and how to use everything within a welcome manual, that also included recommendations for places to visit, where to eat, etc.. This place is also incredibly accessible to major roadways, the city, Bucks and Montgomery counties. They keep a clean, airy, well lit, and stocked place. With little details of convenience and comfort throughout the apartment, like sound machines in each bedroom and a charging cable station in the living room, a shoe rack with bench and hooks by the entrance, and a well stocked kitchen. We had just about everything we needed to settle in and feel at home. 10/10 recommend and will be booking again if I ever find myself in the area!

This place was exceptional! The apartment was do clean and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in! Everything was as described and immaculate! George was amazing as a host. Very proactive to make sure that we were settled and had everything we needed. This location is great and very easy to get downtown on the trolley line (literally a 2 min walk). The 40th subway station is a 10 min walk. There are tons of places to eat around as well! We will definitely be trying to stay here in the future!

We love Garden Oasis! It is very charming and cozy. David is a great host and responsive. We had a special occasion on check-in day and asked for early check-in. David was able to accommodate and clearly cared to help us make our event special. If you like coffee on the patio, you'll love this place. The entrance is easy and private. We love this little get away! We were able to use the roll-away bed for an additional guest for a small fee. Very convenient.

Very cute space with plenty of room for myself and 17 yo son. The bed was ridiculously comfy. Surrounding neighbors could be a bit noisy but the bed made up for it. The close proximity to Philadelphia with plenty of recommendations from the host was very helpful. We will definitely request again for our next trip.

Dylan and his co-hosts have a nice place in Philly. when we entered it was spotless clean, everything was almost brand new and in great shape. the apartment is close to the bus 38 which brings you downtown and to the please touch museum. a playground is very close by and if you like take out food there is a whole variety of things in walking distance. we had a great stay with our toddler (yes, foldable crib available as well) and Dylan provided suggestions what to do and what to visit while we were there.

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

A perfect stay! Easy to find, super clean, comfortable bed, modern appliances, and very secure. It was walking distance from Fremont Park which was perfect for us attending a music festival that was there. Aakash was a wonderful host. He was kind, responsive, and graciously accommodated early check-in with short notice. 10/10 recommend!

The bed was very comfy I enjoyed the jacuzzi just wish the water came out a little faster other than that I have no complaints definitely will be booking again!!!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!
