The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

All this just three houses off the heart of Downtown Manasquan. Only dogs under 20 pounds and they have to be non-shedding and well trained.
