Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this cottage adjoining our house will be happy to welcome you with family or groups of friends. It is ideal for 5 people, but can accommodate you at 7. Peaceful, 35 minutes from Nantes, 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Pornichet, La Baule, 40 minutes from the medieval city of Guérande, 45 minutes from the pretty ports of Le Croisic or Piriac or 1 hour from Vannes. A real haven of peace for those who appreciate the calm. You will be very close to Savenay (5km) and its La Colleraye shopping area

Quiet guesthouse in an ideal location.

At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. We're in a country setting. At your disposal for any questions

Country House

Between Nantes and St Nazaire, come and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, near the Nantes-Brest canal and its pretty bike rides (2 bikes available for rent). Amenities (bakery, shopping mall). Less than 10 minutes away: Lake Savenay, tree climbing, inflatable structures, 2 water centers. This former stone barn, completely renovated in 2021, is located in a quiet hamlet, equipped with a kitchen for your meals. A nice break with family or friends in a green setting

LA PEILLE GITE

Quiet independent cottage in the countryside, located 20 km from Nantes and 40 minutes from St Nazaire. Large wooded and flowered garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. P This cottage is not wheelchair accessible. (Existence of a step between the bedroom and the living room) At your disposal equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, independent bedroom, terrace and garden. You will have a free parking space. Linens and towels are provided free of charge

Les Gîtes Ar Milin "Le Raflo"

Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. The pool is accessible all year round, it naturally heats to 20° from April until 27° in summer (temperatures depending on the weather) Access to the GR3

The "Ruine"

Our "ruin", as we call it, has been tastefully renovated. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the Audubon marshes, nature lovers, you will stay in a little piece of heaven, in peace. This ideally located accommodation is 10 minutes from Zenith de Saint-Herblain, 15 minutes from Nantes city center and 40 minutes from the beaches of La Baule. Stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Sébastien and Patricia will be happy to host you.

La Ruine, cozy house in quiet hamlet

Between Nantes and St Nazaire, come and enjoy the calm of the countryside, close to the Loire (Loire by Bike), the GR3 accessible from the village. This house, despite its name, is fully restored and located in a quiet hamlet. Double bed upstairs with 1 extra bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor (140 x 200). You can prepare a friendly meal thanks to the fully equipped kitchenette. A break in a green setting! + €15 for the use of a 3rd bed.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

La Petite Grange Romantic gîte Balneotherapy SPA

La Petite Grange has been transformed into a charming cottage, combining comfort and elegance. For lovers of authenticity, you can come and spend a timeless moment in the heart of the countryside, close to the Nantes-La Baule axis. You can enjoy the city of Nantes or explore the Atlantic coast. A private spa is at your disposal. Breakfast and a bottle of fine bubbly are offered for the first night.

The Mademoiselle Causeuse Room – Independent Access

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The room is above the tapestry workshop of my wife Mademoiselle Causeuse. Its soft carpet and high ceiling will allow you to make a peaceful stopover.
