Entire studio with air conditioning, 25 m² - private access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. We're in a country setting. At your disposal for any questions

Between Nantes and St Nazaire, come and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, near the Nantes-Brest canal and its pretty bike rides (2 bikes available for rent). Amenities (bakery, shopping mall). Less than 10 minutes away: Lake Savenay, tree climbing, inflatable structures, 2 water centers. This former stone barn, completely renovated in 2021, is located in a quiet hamlet, equipped with a kitchen for your meals. A nice break with family or friends in a green setting

Studio on two levels in a green and calm environment. 🌳A corner of the garden will be at your disposal, where you will be able to come across chickens and roosters 🐓who will come to greet you. 🚗 Parking is possible in the courtyard or in front of the house. ❌ Prohibited: Smoking / Vaping / Animals / Unauthorized people. ⚠️Obligation: make the apartment clean.

Malville Accommodation

The accommodation is located in the countryside 30 minutes from Nantes and 40 minutes from the beaches: La Baule, Le Croisic, Le Pouliguen and the salt marshes of Guérande. The house is on a large wooded lot where you can enjoy a swimming pool open from May to September. Our municipality is in an area where you can go on many hikes.
