Small apartment in a Swedish house

Our farm is located in the middle of the biosphere reserve. In our old stable building on the farm is a small, simple apartment. The annex has an extra entrance. Here you are in the middle of nature, the rooster crows in the morning in the barn right next door, geese, goats and sheep graze peacefully in the meadow. Our dog Mascha guards the farm and all the animals. A wonderful clear swimming lake can be reached from here by car in 10 minutes.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. We live in Saxon Switzerland National Park on a 200-year-old farm in Bielatal. The farm is located at an altitude of 400 meters. From here you have a magnificent view of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. We lovingly converted the middle part of the old cowshed with the hayloft into the apartment. It is part of the large restored 4-sided farm.
