Nearest neighbor about 500m away. The cottage has electricity and an air source heat pump. At least 20 liters of clean drinking water are available at the cottage. More will be delivered as agreed. The washing water is taken from the tap on the outside wall. The atmospheric light of Marjaniemi light can be seen just over 2.5 km away. There are hiking trails nearby.

The cottage is rustic with outdoor toilet and cold/summer water in the kitchen. The cabin does not have a shower/bathtub. In summer, it is possible to rent a sauna at Leppäniemikajen on Seskarö, about 3 km from the cabin. Two nice beaches within 300 meters distance. Seskarö has a grocery store. 26 km from Seskarö are the border towns of Haparanda and Torneå, which offer shopping and other activities.

Stay in the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small, in good condition and has everything you need. Electric sauna, shower, toilet, stove, dishes, fridge and cooking utensils There is a path to the beach and a rowboat in use. The beach is stone-based and has no jetty, so you must be able to swim if you want to take a dip in the river. The property has just been fitted with an air heat pump that keeps the apartment comfortably cool and brings pleasant warmth in winter.
