Monthly Rentals in Malmantile

Great location to base yourself for visiting Florence and Tuscany. Very peaceful! Host had a welcome package of pasta, sauce and wine to cook a meal at home. Since it was the Easter weekend, host had candy around as well! Highly recommend! Would love to come back!

What a nice welcome by the very warm host and hostess. There was cake, wine, fruit and pasta ready. We liked the wine so much that the host had already arranged the winemaker with new supplies in the evening. Enjoyed the beautiful garden, the pool and the very clean spacious house with excellent air conditioning everywhere. We would love to come back and recommend everyone to come here and enjoy the surroundings and the beautiful cities! Thank you !!

The view is splendid and the house has lots of charm. Our hosts were nice We had a great time with the family, and were able to visit this beautiful region, many of its charming villages and obviously its iconic towns. The house is very well located, 10 minutes from Lastra train station, which makes it easy to visit Florence in particular. For the other tours, we drove around and were able to enjoy beautiful viewpoints

We stayed at Silvia’s place for a couple of weeks for a family holiday with 2 kids and had a very nice stay. Ut was sufficient room for all of us and the kids loved the garden. Very close and easy access to the station with direct link to Florence, pisa and Sienna. Silvia and Lorenzo were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a great time and would highly recommend.
