You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Quiet location surrounded with big garden and lots of greenery.Two terraces (indoor and outdoor) one with a beautiful seaview. Only 10 minutes walk from the first beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment can comfortably fit 4 people and is good for families, especially with little kids because garden is fenced and has a lot of shade where you can play with children or can put little baby pool in .In the street there is also a bike rental.

It is about 1 km away from the center of Malinska and the beach, a 15-minute walk. The place is very quiet and perfect for relaxation and rest. 100 m from the house there is a small shop with basic necessities and large shopping centers are about 500 m from the house. Parking is in the yard.
