Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Our renovated private guest suite is located on Woodland Hills neighborhood 12 miles from Topanga Beach, 17 miles from Malibu, 18 miles from Santa Monica and 16 miles from Universal Studios. If you prefer to be "off the beaten path" but yet close enough to enjoy the conveniences of town-this is the spot for you! Before booking, please keep in mind that the access to the unit is through an outdoor set of stairs with no railing.
