This was a perfect place for a relaxing weekend for us. The house is snug, but the backyard seating area was a great place to chill. There isn't a lot in the immediate vicinity of the house, but it is centrally located and just 5-10 minutes from a lot of what Ventura has to offer. We were able to walk to the pier and downtown easily. John and Andy were great hosts and responded quickly to any requests.

Beautiful home, kind and helpful host, and lovely location. The home is so thoughtfully outfitted, from comfortable beds and furnishings to a fully equipped kitchen. Many nice touches included coffee (both ground and beans for those who like to grind their own), tea selections, snacks upon arrival and bedside mints, and a garage full of bikes and beach toys from boogie boards to beach chairs etc. The landscaping in the backyard is a haven for songbirds and also for guests! Sitting out there with a cup of tea or coffee guarantees moments of serenity. Just a short walk to the beach and Pierpont village, and a short drive to downtown Ventura. We can't wait to go back! Thank you, Lisa, for being such an amazing host.

Beautiful home, exactly as described. Very detailed instructions about the home. Very cozy. Close enough to main streets to get to where you want to go, while still being far enough away as to not hear busy street noise. I appreciated that all rooms had good blinds and blackout curtains.

Great location within walking distance of beach and great food. Front porch is great for lounging with a book or dining al fresco. Shana was great throughout our visit and we would definitely stay here again

This place is incredible; the structure is so cool, the views and light are out of this world, it's private, somehow spacious and cozy, and has everything you need. Heather made everything super easy and can't recommend the place highly enough. Hope to stay here again soon.

Great place. Cozy, clean, and quiet. Outdoor space is clean and peaceful. It is in a nice neighborhood to go for walks in, I felt safe. Conveniently close to stores, restaurants, etc. You wouldn’t know you were in the city with how quiet it is at this house. I would definitely stay here again if need be in the area.

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

Then look no further this is the property for you !!!*** This property is 100% a must stay while you are in the Santa Ana/Anaheim area. It was peaceful clean and perfect. Ms. Elaine’s hospitality was like I’m none other. The amenities or exactly what we need it. I travel for business often and the level of communication that we were provided with it was spectacular. The unit was very comfortable/cozy! **3 bedroom house** I also want to mention another beautiful property that’s five minute car drive from Anaheim California convention center/ directly Across the street from Disney. This is a beautiful three bedroom home that will be great for a family or traveling business partners. Traveling for business can be a headache to find the necessary accommodations for your partners, or clients. This property is spectacular. I will definitely be booking the next time when I’m in town. Ms. Elaine is officially my go to. When I am in the Anaheim /Santa Ana area, there is no other place I would rather stay. If you were not booking with Ms. Elaine you are missing out. Hurry up she books up quick.

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

My partner and I truly enjoyed our time at Alexa’s. We instantly felt at home and relaxed! There were so many personal touches from snacks and coffee to fully stocked seasonings (as someone who loves to cook this was huge) and even a bed and dishes for my service dog!! If I ever need to stay somewhere in the area again, I won’t hesitate to book Alexa’s.

There’s definitely pros and cons to this place but overall had a pleasant stay. The house overall looked clean when we arrived. There are some minor cosmetic issues that make the house look/feel unfinished though. Beds were comfy and all the appliances worked. Like other reviews mentioned, there’s no dishwasher and the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils so we had to buy our own. We messaged the host about the ice maker not working and they did not offer to fix it, they simply replied with “maybe it can’t make ice. I’m sorry”. We also had issues with one of the gas burner knobs and the water filter knob coming off. The washer and dryer worked great but they were extremely loud so we had to always close both doors that lead to where they are. The bedrooms have very thin walls and we could hear the people staying in the main house very clearl

I enjoyed my stay at Dianna's Airbnb! The place was perfect for my needs, clean, easily accessible, and well-stocked with necessities. The addition of homemade greeting snacks was a nice touch. Beautiful home located in a peaceful neighborhood. The private room and bathroom were cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed during our stay was provided. It was very generous of them to let us use their washing machine and dryer. If we have the chance to visit LA again, we’d love to stay at Kristin and Chris’s place and explore more of their beautiful neighborhood.

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and so happy with my choice of rental. Christian's home is beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. My host provided fresh organic continental breakfast and the coffe was wonderful and appreciated. To be so close to my family and our new grand baby was amazing. The neighbor hood is excellent and the 3 block walk enabled me not to have to rent a car. In general very close to everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and with the beautiful bathroom steps away! Without hesitation I would love to revisit and highly recommend Christains home for a peaceful stay in Van Nuys!

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's place! Laura is super friendly and easy to talk to. She always has water, fruit, and food for guests. The place is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Feels like home. It's great that I had my own laundry and dryer when i stayed there. The location is perfect, walkable restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again in the future!

My husband, two girls, and I absolutely loved our stay at Ollie’s place! The location is perfect, and sitting in front of that window every morning with my coffee is something I’m going to daydream about nonstop. We walked right out to the beach every morning after breakfast, and Ollie had chairs, toys, and much more for us to use on the beach. Her breakfast each morning was such a treat! We couldn’t get enough of her delicious baked treats. Ollie is so kind, and is super quick to respond with anything you may need. Thanks Ollie for the best family vacay! ❤️

It was perfect for what we needed. The room is actually nicer than the photos, which is rare. It was very clean, easy check in, owner, Doris, was lovely. Friendly, warm, but not intrusive. I will definitely book again.

I have never stayed inside someone’s home for an Airbnb—only in separate guest suites; however, after reading Suzanne’s glowing reviews, I decided to take a risk. I am so very thankful that I did. Suzanne greeted my husband and I upon our arrival with so much warmth and kindness. Her precious cat Madam also gave us a sweet welcome! We immediately felt like we were spending time with friends. The guest room and bathroom are on the other side of the house, so there is still a sense of privacy in the shared space. She provided bagels, fruit, coffee, and tea each morning—a true bed and breakfast experience! The location of the home in the hills is beautiful and tucked away, yet a short Uber ride from multiple places of interest. I highly recommend hiking to the Hollywood Sign with Suzanne and her friends. Incredible views of Mt. Lee and fantastic conversation make the exercise not even feel like exercise. I would recommend Suzanne’s place to any of my friends!
