Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This suite is connected to our other unit but has its own private entrance. This suite has its own bathroom, kitchenette, and room and is designed as a 1bdr. It’s surrounded by local bars, restaurants, and Cafes. Only a 10 minute bike ride to Marina del Rey.
