Within the family house we offer two apartments. In the large apartment located on the second floor of the family house we offer accommodation for eight people. All rooms have a separate balcony with a unique view of the port of Mali Lošinj. The apartment also has a spacious terrace that offers the possibility of a quiet breakfast or dinner in the open space. The smaller apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and provides accommodation for four people. The house is close to the center, and the landscaped beach is a five-minute walk away.

Villa Del Mar is located on the west coast of Croatia. Park your car here and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here... This little cottage (20 m2) has everything you need for a perfect holiday and more!

Apartment Size: 55 m² - Ground-floor apartment with flat-screen satellite TV , air conditioning and a terrace on the sea side of the house. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a bath , shower, washing machine. One bedroom with king bed, living room with Sofa Bed for 2 Persons. The beach (200 m) - pebble or stone, can be reached within a 2-minute walk and the city centre is 700 m away (10 minute walk).

Apartment with beautiful sea view and great location. Located 5 min walk from Mali Lošinj center and 5 min walk from the beach (Čikat bay), allows you a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. Guests are provided with a private parking space in the garage. Suitable for 2-4 persons, especially for families with children. The newly renovated studio apartment Perla is located in the old town, just a few minutes from the center and all the accompanying amenities. It consists of a large beautiful yard, entrance area, kitchen, bedroom (possibility of double or twin beds), living room (extra bed - sofa bed) and bathroom with shower. The nearest beach is only a ten-minute walk from the apartment. In the greenery of the yard you can relax with a morning coffee or a romantic dinner.

We will welcome you in our One bedroom apartment on the 1 floor with Terrace. In 2022 all of our apartments were fully renovated and have all the amenities that you need - kitchen, air condition, TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee maker, dishwasher, laundry washer etc. On the first floor there is another apartment. This Apartment has it own Terrace with table, chairs, BBQ and sink all under a shaded Pergola.

Apartment Marija 2 with 2 bedrooms (4 persons)

Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.

Seafront Studio, Valdarke Losinj

Under the pines, right on the beach and by the sea walkway (lungo mare). Valdarke area is located halfway between Mali Losinj and Veli Losinj, within walking distance from both towns. Our apartments are cosy, well maintained and perfectly equipped for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Seaview Apartment Vista for 2-5

Lovely, very spacious (85 m2) and full of light. Features a large, private, rooftop sea view terrace. A nice bedroom with large living room with two sofa beds. Perfect for a romantic or a family holiday. Free parking in the yard, SAT TV and Wi Fi included.
