Set within the rolling hills of Aveyron the property provides comfortable accommodation for 6 people. With its own large garden and sun terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. There is a large heated private pool open during the Summer months. The bright and airy accommodation has an open plan living/dining area with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great starting point for hiking and cycling. Villefranche with all its amenities is less than 15 minutes drive away.

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Vous aurez accès à la piscine de la Résidence des Igues ( restaurant/ maison d’hôtes du village), l’air de loisir se trouve à quelques minutes à pied au bord de la rieviere « Aveyron » avec à disposition tennis de table, terrain de volley, pétanque et jeux pour enfants. Profitez en pour visiter les Igues et faire les magnifique randonnées du GR62B.
