Our villa is in a fantastic location in the old Zoute, a 10-minute walk from the Albert, Knokke and Zoute beaches. You will enjoy total tranquility in a beautiful green area and only have to travel 300 meters to enjoy the nice shops and the coziest restaurants. Parking for 2/3 cars. Towels are provided and beds are made according to the number of registered guests. This home is suitable for enjoying our beautiful North Sea in every season.

This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.

The cottage is situated in a completely private, quiet garden away from the world. You'll have complete privacy. Your car/bikes/motorbike are safe behind a closed gate, invisible from the street. The train station is just a 10-15 min walk away. You can leave your car safely with us and take the train to Ghent (12 min), Bruges (12 min), Brussels (50 min), Antwerp (60 min) or Ostend (40 min)
