Holiday rentals with a patio in Malcesine

Communication with Boris is an 11/10. Always available, super fast answers, absolutely understandable instructions, simply TOP! The apartment is really very small, the two of us had a large suitcase and with this the room by the couch is already well filled, but that does not matter at all, as the bed offers plenty of space (also for 2 people >1.80m) We cooked 2x and always used the roof terrace for breakfast and dinner :) The view from the terrace was great, also the way to the lake is short and the pebble beach is fine. You are within max. 10 minutes directly in Garda on foot and by car in 5 minutes to the nearest major supermarket in Garda. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied. Thank you :)

Great stay at Pasqualina’s place, 100% recommended! Clean, calm and cozy place to stay and relax. Pasqualina was very nice host, always smiling and ready to help. As a bonus you will get superb view on Garda lake.

It was an amazing experience a great view and a good parking spot. Hannes provided with 4 bottles of wine and it was amazing thank you. For sure recommend I will visit again for sure.

This apartment is even more beautiful than the photos shows, it's very modern and extremely well maintained, we enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

From the first contact, Claudio made a great effort and the communication was super easy and very nice. He personally welcomed us on site and surprised us with Prosecco and a pastry speciality. The studio is located in an impressive old palazzo from the 15th century and is one of the oldest buildings, very impressive. It is partly furnished with antiques and partly with modern furniture, very tasteful and we felt comfortable immediately. The highlight was the fantastic terrace with the great view of the lake and the wonderful planting with bougainvillea and vines... a wonderful place that we often used and enjoyed. The kitchen area is a bit small, but equipped with the necessary facilities. The bathroom is also small, but very nice. Unfortunately, there was hardly any WiFi, but that was almost secondary to all the beautiful things. We can only recommend the beautiful studio in a great location and with a dream view!🤩👍☀️

Andrea's accommodation was even better than in the pictures. It was an incredibly beautiful view...the accommodation is very cozy and clean. I can recommend this accommodation to everyone... absolutely feasible for a family with 2 children. Not to mention the super friendly communication with Andrea. See you again 😀

What a stunning place to stay. The views are incredible. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. The pool is perfect and the 3 min walk to the beach/lake make this location brilliant.

I can’t say enough great things about Christoph’s and Claudia’s place! If you read the reviews, everyone says the same things! The house and location are beautiful and exactly as in the photos. Christophe and Claudia welcomed us personally and had a fire going in the fireplace and a bottle of wine for arrival. They are amazing hosts! We couldn’t have wished for a better start to the week! The house and location are beautiful and there’s so much to do in the area. There are so many places to hike and it is easy to walk into town for meals at the various restaurants or to do the shopping. Would definitely recommend the restaurant and pool at 3 Mùzun (Tremosine)! We hope we will have the opportunity to make a return trip!

The little house in Lina's garden is delightful. Doors open out to beautiful greenery. Lina is a friendly, generous and gracious host. Located a lovely 20minute walk along the river to the Centro Storico, it's a really calm and relaxing place to stay. A real joy. Thank you, Lina.

The house is very nice and quiet. Especially for toddlers, the playground is also great. You can start hiking directly from the house or go climbing. We noticed that the house is a little clairvoyant, but it didn't bother us much. We had a really nice time!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicola's place. The space was outstanding and the view was a dream. The place is a little elevated and we recommend a car to go to Bardolino. Bardolino is also great with children and dog. It has a dog playground and lots of options for kids. The highlight was the little stroll.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Parking space was useful if you have a car. A 10 minute walk to the old town and close to all amenities. Would stay again

We had a great time in Tenno. Alice was really nice and helpful. We were very happy about the delicacies. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The garden is a dream. Everything we needed was there. Business and restaurant also within walking distance. Thanks Alice, we will be happy to come back.

Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

A very beautiful place, a ground apartment in a private house for the family, the father and mother are very friendly and serve the guests excellently, Luca is a wonderful person and responds to any question you ask him. Great accommodation, I recommend it to everyone, for Saudis there is no Shattaf. There is a large garden to sit in and it is 5 minutes away from Riva Center by car

It is a beautiful home, equipped with everything you need to make for a fabulous vacation in Garda. The space is light and comfortable with great AC and comfortable beds. The location is the perfect jumping off point to explore all the adorable towns on Lake Garda. Pier Giuseppe was super responsive and offered great videos on everything having to do with the house. The photos online represent the house exactly with full amenities including a washer and even a dryer, which is rare in Europe. The only suggestion I would have is to add a coffee table in the living room, which is definitely a missing element to enjoy the space more. We would definitely rent this home again!

It was a very nice and pleasant experience, we stayed for the three nights. Marco is very responsive, place was very clean, cozy, well decorated. I will recommend this place for sure.

We stayed there for a week with our dog and it was a dream! The system is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is fantastic. For most activities you need a car, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

Our first Airbnb vacation and it was a great decision!! 🥰 Perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet with a breathtaking view and great location. We could admire the view at breakfast every morning. From the property, you can reach Garda itself in 4 minutes by car. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Likewise, in the evening and by the pool in the afternoon, there is a great view in the middle of the mountain, down to Garda and to the lake. Almost no cars pass by. You can therefore enjoy the silence and the bird concert. ☺️ The pool and facilities were always very well maintained. In the apartment was even more than indicated. There was dish soap, shampoo, drying cloth, dishwashing sponge and toilet paper. We would definitely come back. Thank you, for everything also to Massimo :)

A lovely place to stay. The host kindly came to meet us at the apartment to explain the keys and facilities. Very responsive and helpful hosts. The apartment was well equipped and clean and in a beautiful location right next to the path that runs alongside the lake. Very close to the shuttle bus stop and restaurants/shops. Takes about 40 minutes to walk to the old town, or you can take the shuttle bus (though they didn't seem very reliable!). Thank you very much 😊
