Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan cities of art. You can enjoy our sea and fresh fish cuisine. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, and cookies are all offered. The quiet, picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from Downtown.

Ideal for a couple, the house is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room and a kitchen complete with accessories with a dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom (possibility of adding a bed for children) and a very spacious bathroom. Anyone is and always will be welcome. The cleaning and sanitizing of the apartments are carried out scrupulously by us in order to ensure maximum safety.

Our apartment consists of living room with double sofa bed,TV, fully equipped kitchen,bathroom with shower and washing machine,bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and two wardrobes. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating in the bathroom.The house on the ground floor with independent entrance with equipped outdoor space.Our guests will be provided with linen with weekly change,iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and baby cot on request.

Casa Dimitri is a 22 square metre mini flat perfect for a single person or a couple. The flat is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Livorno, the San Jacopo district. Its privileged location allows both to enjoy the seafront and the Terrazza Mascagni, which are just a stone's throw away, and to be able to comfortably reach the city centre on foot. And just 200 metres away is the historic Bagni Pancaldi, to enjoy a nice dip in the sea!
