Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.

If you want to surprise the person you love, or experience a relaxing stay, our chalet is an ideal solution allowing you to connect with nature in an elegant and comfortable environment, in total privacy in a unique natural setting, equipped with all comforts, at your disposal a solar greenhouse equipped with a hot tub and sauna... with a forest view. Outside, there is a terrace where you can dine or have breakfast adjacent to the solarium area with deck chairs, etc.

The Podere del Bagnolino is an oasis between the sea and the countryside in Tuscany, nestled in the hills of Santa Luce in the beautiful Colli Pisani. A few kilometers from places like Castiglioncello and Baratti, it offers comfort and relaxation, with easy access to the A12 highway and Pisa airport. The property has 5 apartments, including the Arco, characterized by double volume and large arches, with outdoor spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and relaxation areas.
