Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Nel giardino di proprietà è situata una piscina (da giugno) e un gazebo in legno con BBQ. Relax nella campagna Toscana ad un passo dal mare

Ideale per una coppia la casa è disposta su due livelli, al piano terra troviamo un soggiorno e la cucina completa di accessori con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, al primo piano abbiamo invece una grande camera matrimoniale (possibilità di aggiungere un letto per bambini) e un bagno molto spazioso. Chiunque è e sarà sempre il benvenuto. Le operazioni di pulizia e sanificazione degli appartamenti sono eseguite in maniera scrupolosa direttamente da noi al fine di garantire la massima sicurezza.

Bring the whole family to this fantastic accommodation with plenty of space! Malvasia is a 120 m2 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a 1746 farmhouse in our wine farm. The kitchen and living room offer beautiful sea views; the bedrooms overlook the vineyards and hills. A bathroom with a hot tub and another bathroom with a walk-in shower complete the comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in a double room, a twin room, and a double couch bed in the living room.

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.
