Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! Centric historic flat with view to plaza

The location is very central, but in the Conde Duque neighborhood, where it's peaceful to stroll. It's a renovated old house with plenty of natural light and four balconies overlooking the square. Being centrally located, there may be some noise, and while the windows have been restored, they don't completely block street noise as they are original, not PVC. The kitchen is modern and open-plan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom.

It is a short walk away from the subway station Tribunal, the pedestrian shopping area of Fuencarral, the Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and Plaza de España. The street is very lively, with a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. We have put a lot of care into this place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
