This charming duplex is 5 minutes from Tribunal and 10 minutes from Gran Vía, right in the center. It is spacious and with very careful decoration. Very discreet apartment, no neighbors in front, with great views of all Madrid, direct elevator inside. It has two terraces with plants, a pond with fish. Antique furniture, unique pieces, Wi-Fi, cinema screen TV, Prime, Netflix, 3 air conditioners, etc. A house with a lot of peace. This stunning one bedroom apartment has an incredible private terrace and is located in Lavapiés, a traditional neighborhood that’s become a multicultural and artsy corner of Madrid 10 min walk from Atocha station, at the center of Madrid, you'll be walking distance from most of Madrid’s bests Dr Fourquet is a quiet and inviting street, close to lots of local taberns and all kind of restaurants.
