Unique apartment with patio (2022 full renovation)

This is a special apartment I am sharing in Airbnb- It's pretty unique as it has a full open-air patio () which you can mainly cover for privacy) , as an additional outdoor space for recreational dining, relaxation, etc. ).. ( fun fact: in the early part of the 20th century, the patio area was used as a barn for horses before cars became prevalent in the city). The full apartment is +80 m2 (plus 20m2 patio) and 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms- one ensuite Area is great- close to everything
