Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Our 18th century farmhouse has been renovated with eco-friendly materials; it consists of a living room with beautiful fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large mezzanine (relaxation area) with sofa bed (2 pers.) and two bedrooms (5 pers.) Gite in the countryside, fully equipped and renovated in a 17th century longhouse part, set in a small hamlet surrounded by fields and forests. Between La Gacilly and the megalithic site of St-Just, 10 km from Redon and all its amenities. We have ponies: children who want to help feed and care for them are more than welcome! A small private garden equipped with a garden table, barbecue and swing to enjoy the outdoors in peace.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
