The year of construction is 2000, being renovated in 2025. I will be happy to welcome you in my accomodation. The apartment has 3 floors. Ground floor: Single bedroom. First floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a 150 cms bed and bathroom, second bedroom with two 105 cm beds, third bedroom with two 90 cm beds. On this floor there is another bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace. Third floor: bedroom with bed 130cms. Solarium, Terrace. It is very spacious. It's an ideal place to spend a few relaxing days in Seville. Close to shopping malls and sports spaces, as well as marina (Puerto Gelves). You can enjoy a few days surrounded by the tranquility of the surroundings and two steps from Seville, named best city in the world to visit 2018. We do not charge extra for cleaning. You don't have to pay extra. Fully equipped: the kitchen is independent with toaster, microwave, capsule and Italian coffee maker, oven, juicer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and everything you need to cook. Both the living room, double bedroom, and the kitchen have access to the outdoor terrace. Living room has a large comfy sofa. It also has a hair dryer, free fiber optic internet all over the house, air conditioning cold/heat, pellet stove that gives it a warm and comfortable environment, terrace, rooftop, reading area, climalit windows with mosquitoes. If you need a crib you must request it. Available cot for guests who need it, on request. No space is shared. You can enjoy the whole place.
