First floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a 150 cms bed and bathroom, second bedroom with two 105 cm beds, third bedroom with two 90 cm beds. On this floor there is another bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace. Third floor: bedroom with bed 130cms. Solarium, Terrace. It is very spacious. It's an ideal place to spend a few relaxing days in Seville. Close to shopping malls and sports spaces, as well as marina (Puerto Gelves). You can enjoy a few days surrounded by the tranquility of the surroundings and two steps from Seville, named best city in the world to visit 2018. We do not charge extra for cleaning. You don't have to pay extra. Fully equipped: the kitchen is independent with toaster, microwave, capsule and Italian coffee maker, oven, juicer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and everything you need to cook. Both the living room, double bedroom, and the kitchen have access to the outdoor terrace. Living room has a large comfy sofa. Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano.
