Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Apartment with a great view

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Auf der einen Seite liegt der Main, erreichbar in ein paar Gehminuten. Genauso schnell ist man in den Weinbergen, auf welche man einen tollen Blick von der Wohnung aus hat (2. Stock). Außerdem gibt es in Dettelbach einen Badesee, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants & eine historische Altstadt. Nach Würzburg oder Volkach (an der Mainschleife) braucht man mit dem Auto nur ca. 15 min.

Innenstadt, Main, Weinberge sowie Bahnhof und Kongresszentrum befinden sich in unmittelbarer, fußläufiger Nähe (alles unter 1,0km). Du wohnst in einem denkmalgeschütztem Altbau aus dem 19. Jahrhundert ausgezeichnet durch die formschöne Fassade der Neurenaissance sowie den hohen Decken samt Stuck. Die 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad sind 2024 komplett neu saniert und hochwertig ausgestattet.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Vacation home Weinkeller 84

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

With this special accommodation, all the important points of contact are close by – making it easy to plan your stay. 5-minute walk to the beautiful Main River. Enjoy the city on weekends from May to October. Explore the old town and possibly the Fastnacht Museum. Shopping facilities within walking distance. Enjoy coffee and cakes right at the house. Unfortunately, this apartment is not barrier-free, as it is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

In Kitzingen, just 20 km from Würzburg main train station, Texashaus Apfelbacher offers a vacation home with garden views, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Quiet location on the outskirts

Kitzingen is a medieval town on the Main with many excursion destinations. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The city is within walking distance and shopping is around the corner. I have a female dog who is in the garden from time to time. If you don't let her bother you, you are welcome to use my garden to relax.
