My colleagues who stayed here had no problems and advised it was lovely.

A beautiful apartment well kitted out and absolutely spotless. Some saucepan lids would have helped but otherwise excellent. The apartment is well placed in the centre of Kirkwall with a long-stay car park nearby. Kerry and Tara are excellent hosts, helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. We would highly recommend this apartment for an Orkney holiday.

this is a lovely little apartment that is fully equipped with anything that you could want or need. The location is ideal, being a block or two from the waterfront, high Street, the cathedral, etc. Graham himself was very responsive and helpful. My sister accompanied me and we use the futon in the living room for herbed. I’m happy to report that it was very comfortable unlike some futons.

we really enjoyed our stay. the house was very clean and comfortable. It's not far from the main town but is out in the country and very peaceful. The house is very central so everything is easily accessible. Plenty of great walks if that's what you want, but, if like us you just want peace and quiet, it's great for that too. The house is warm and cosy and should you want to cook, there is everything you might need.
