We liked apartment 1 of the Point XII seminar centre very much. Above all, the huge common area was top class. We did morning exercise there and the kids were able to spread out wonderfully. Together with the large dining table and the balcony, there is more than enough space for everyone. We only used the kitchen once for breakfast, as we had also booked the catering area across the street. There is everything in abundance, both in the kitchen and in the living area. Manfred is a great host who puts a lot of love, passion and energy into building the seminar centre, and is always approachable and helpful. We had a great time and would be happy to come back. Thanks for the lovely stay :-).

Manuel is a great host. The apartment is very modern, quiet and clean. Not many restaurants around the neighborhood but can easily take the train to the old town. Good spot. He’s very responsive and kind.

We only had one night here as we were visiting family in the area, but we would definitely come back. The beds are comfy (the sofa bed as well), there is a great view from the balcony and the apartment was very peaceful. We found everything we needed . There is a great sauna with a view, we sadly didn't have time to use it - next time! Thanks Alex.

The accommodation is perfectly divided for families: adjacent to the kitchen with a large dining room table is the sofa corner of the living room, so that cooking evenings can directly turn into a cosy get-together. In addition, the bedrooms are separate from this area, so that early risers are not disturbed by the night owls 😏 Together with the large play barn and the area with table football and table tennis, there is really something for young and old. Also, the fact that you can use the garden area behind the barn is awesome!! The accommodation was clean and inviting and the communication with Doris was flawless! She answered questions directly and is very accommodating and friendly, thank you for everything!!

We had a wonderful two nights in Wetzlar. We enjoyed the roof terrace and bright apartment very much. The apartment is clean, modern and cozy - as in the photos. We were able to walk to the old town to attend the cocktail course in Olaf's cooking school. Restaurant and shopping facilities all within walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building. The view of the cathedral is wonderful. The description for the apartment is very vivid. We felt comfortable!

Super easy, nice hosts with a spacious apartment in a central location

We absolutely loved our time here. The hosts were so kind and generous and helped us to settle in. We spent Christmas Day here and it was such a beautiful setting. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place for kids, beautiful surrounding countryside and easily accessible towns to see. Thank you so much for our stay, we loved it!!

Everything is really there, from the candles in the bathroom and the separate toilet, to shower gel, towels, etc. Arrive and feel comfortable. The apartment is beautifully and modernly furnished and also in the kitchen everything is available, up to the Senseo machine with different pads, from espresso to mild . And there is also a wonderful view of the cathedral, located directly on the old town.

Very clean and spacious apartment, perfect for a nice weekend at the Thuringian Forest. Recommendation: Definitely also eat something at Thomas in the restaurant. Very delicious!

We had a very nice stay in a comfortable and centrally located place. The apt is complete with all the amenities you need for a stay and enjoyed the area close to the different train stations and stores and restaurants. Enjoyed the museums and felt safe around the apt building. Daniel responded easily and was always helpful. Thank you!

Older but lovely little villa that is quietly located. Parking in the street can be difficult, but Thomas offers parking in the yard, which is great. Due to the key safe, check-in is totally easy and we found everything immediately. I also met his employees, who is also very friendly. We all slept great. For us, the beds were great, which you don't always have at Airbnbs. The large bathroom was clean, the shower is relatively new. The rest of the bathroom is allowed to get a makeover, as it stopped in the '60s/' 70s. But maybe it also had the right flair. Everything was functional. With the small TV we had our problems in the service. But this was not so important to us, otherwise we would have contacted Thomas right away. Maybe add a small user manual here... but maybe it was also up to us...hahaha.

We stayed here for the second time for a whole week and everything was great like the first time. The apartment is clean, especially the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities and you have plenty of space. Check-in was easy and relaxed and everything else worked out. We will be happy to come back.

Our family spent a long weekend here with 6 adults and three small children. It was taken care of by everyone. We felt very comfortable. Plenty of space, very nice bathrooms, centrally located. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the property with 6 adults, 2 kindergarten children and 2 infants for a few days. The place was a great fit for our needs, amenities were great. A second bathroom would have been comfortable for so many people. You can do a lot of things in the area. Otto was always approachable, and also gave us tips. The Umgag was straightforward. We were all very comfortable!

Great accommodation, happy to come back anytime

The vacation home is very quietly located on the edge of a village and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the area. You can hike directly from the house into the mountains. By car, many other interesting destinations in southern Thuringia and northern Franconia are also within easy reach. There is a supermarket and butcher in the village, while discounters and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a playroom with lots of toys for the kids. Communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet all requests. We enjoyed it very much. If we are in the area again, we will book the place again.

We will be happy to come back. The entire accommodation was VERY clean, the hosts super friendly and the location quiet but still within 10 minutes of the subway.

This is really great place to stay - you would not say so seeing the property from outside - but it is really superb. In the middle of historical part of city, restaurants literally few steps, but as well like 50m from river bank with long promenade / cycling path and what surprised me - really close to town center, but still super quiet at night. Inside, the house is very modern and loads of equipment - we enjoyed the pool, wellness area, multiple outdoor sitting spaces and great living room with kitchen. Heiko is very welcomming and was a great host.... when I will have the possibility, I will book again for sure.

We were lucky enough to spontaneously spend the Easter holidays in the beautiful chalet and had a great time with the family (8 adults, 1 toddler). The chalet is located in a very quiet area on the mountain and is great for a wellness or hiking holiday. The host Dirk was always very accommodating and eager and always communicated quickly. The chalet was very clean and with a lot of love for detail, we felt very comfortable. The highlight was of course sauna and hot tub - we will be happy to come back!
