The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Spectacular scenery and beautifully designed property

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

It is a very nice stay. The arrival is well arranged and the information you need is on time. The house itself is clean and well furnished. However, it is even better, plenty of space, and a nice pool. The view is super! I am too long to be in the shower inside, but the shower cabin at the sauna in the rear part of the complex is fine! The driveway is steep but no problem, the car is safe and dry. Serena is a good host, friendly and quick to respond. Her father lives on the upper floor, leaves early and comes back late. Incidentally, is a very cozy and friendly man with whom you can have a nice chat very well. All in all, a good address for a relaxing holidays. Highly recommend. Thanks again Serena and Henry

This is a great location n Bellagio - be sure to take a taxi if you have luggage. It has amazing views, it's in a quiet location, it's walkable to downtown. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and bath were well stocked. The bed is comfortable and cozy and we slept really well. We loved it here and would stay again.

Giulio’s home is a perfect and comfortable home with all amenities available. The location was too quiet for our liking with not much activity around the area especially restaurants patisserie’s etc . Also make sure you purchase all your groceries before checking in as there’s no local supermarket nearby. Fortunately we hired a car so we drive to the local Aldi 15 min drive away for supplies. Roads are narrow so small car highly recommended ( generally much of the area around the lake is the same) Giulio himself as a host is friendly and very responsive and accommodating ( let us check in early on the day) He is always available to assist wherever he can. Great place to chill out and relax at night after a busy day round the lake! Highly recommended !

Was better than on the pictures. Beautiful area close to hiking paths. We loved the charming neighborhood with old buildings and a beautiful view of the Como lake.

Incredible views of Lake Como from this property. Walkable to and from the shuttle with a trail that takes you off the road. Very nice.

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. The comfort, functionality, and scenery were all next level. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Como, this place is an absolute gem. We were genuinely sad to leave

This was our second stay, and definitely not our last. Maurizio was responsive and kind as ever, helping us out beyond what many other hosts would do. The flat itself is perfect for two people. Each time has been with my mum who has accessibility needs. There is only one step in the property and that is the front door. The shower is walk-in, and the bed is of high quality. The bedroom does not receive much daylight, so is the coolest room in the property (a blessing when the weather gets warmer). The castle is in prime location, 1 minute walk to the small, free beach. There are several benches scattered around - good for those that struggle to sit on the ground. We ate several times at La Porta Verde, a small café that do incredible paninis and pinsa. There is work undergoing near the property. Overall, noise was not that noticeable, mainly because we were out for the day. They do start working between 7:45-8:30, but generally quiet (no noise at all if at the beach).

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

The house is beautiful in Erve. You can get there on foot via a short climb. Claudia and her husband are excellent hosts, everything is very clean and they help you with everything you need. The host is always available and helps you with everything. From the village you can hike very well, enjoy nature or even eat something or drink a coffee. I would come back anytime!

you have to deserve Melania's house because access is reserved for visitors who like to climb! Once in the house you feel at home and the view is spectacular

Anna was a great and helpful host and she welcomed us and our dog very warmly. There is a beautiful view on the Como lake straight from the house and garden. Anna gave us advice on the parking spot nearby the house which was helpful since the roads are quite narrow and there are not many parking spaces. Overall we had a very relaxed stay even though the weather wasn't perfect.

We spent 7 nights in Chiara's apartment and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is spacious and was super clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and we lacked nothing in the bathroom. We were able to park our bicycles in a lockable room without any problems. You can't reach the accommodation directly by car, you should note that. The terrace is great with a fantastic view. Chiara helped us at all times and was always available. Privacy in the accommodation is absolutely guaranteed and invites you to relax. The train station and the lake are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. We would book again anytime. We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio! The place was cozy and clean. Our host, Elisabetta, was incredibly helpful and friendly—she gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Host at the TOP perfect nothing to complain about on the contrary great communication and very responsive.... Perfect accommodation...to avoid just for people with reduced mobility. Perfect terraces and spacious accommodation with nothing to repeat. Small touches..

We had a great time at Matteos house. At check-in, we were very kindly received by his mother. The house, the garden and especially the pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Our three children had a great time in the pool, which is accessible by large steps and has a great flat area. Perfect also for smaller children. The surroundings are beautiful and Bergamo can be reached in a few minutes by car. A great place to stay! Thanks for everything!

What a gem of an apartment in Nesso! Stunning views over Lake Como, nestled in a quiet hillside. The location was very tranquil but still within easy driving to Como and Bellagio. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped. A little hard to find but Ludovica was very helpful and communicated well. We hope to visit again some day!
