Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Monias wunderschönem Haus in Montemezzo und wir haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohl gefühlt 😍 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend.

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Fabio war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und sich sehr gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Het is een zeer fijn verblijf. De aankomst is prima geregeld en de informatie die je nodig hebt is op tijd. Het huis zelf is schoon en prima ingericht. Buiten is het echter nog beter, veel ruimte en een mooi zwembad. Het uitzicht is super! Ik ben zelf te lang om binnen onder de douche te staan maar de douchecabine bij de sauna in het achterste deel van het complex is prima! De oprit is steil maar geen probleem, de auto staat veilig en droog. Serena is een goed gastvrouw, vriendelijk en reageert snel. Haar vader woont op de bovenverdieping, vertrekt vroeg en komt laat terug. Is overigens een erg gezellig en vriendelijk man waarmee je heel goed even een gezellig praatje mee kan houden. Al met al een goed adres voor een ontspannen vakantie. Een aanrader. Nogmaals bedankt Serena en Henry

This is a great location n Bellagio - be sure to take a taxi if you have luggage. It has amazing views, it's in a quiet location, it's walkable to downtown. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and bath were well stocked. The bed is comfortable and cozy and we slept really well. We loved it here and would stay again.

Was better than on the pictures. Beautiful area close to hiking paths. We loved the charming neighborhood with old buildings and a beautiful view of the Como lake.

Incredible views of Lake Como from this property. Walkable to and from the shuttle with a trail that takes you off the road. Very nice.

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. The comfort, functionality, and scenery were all next level. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Como, this place is an absolute gem. We were genuinely sad to leave

This was our second stay, and definitely not our last. Maurizio was responsive and kind as ever, helping us out beyond what many other hosts would do. The flat itself is perfect for two people. Each time has been with my mum who has accessibility needs. There is only one step in the property and that is the front door. The shower is walk-in, and the bed is of high quality. The bedroom does not receive much daylight, so is the coolest room in the property (a blessing when the weather gets warmer). The castle is in prime location, 1 minute walk to the small, free beach. There are several benches scattered around - good for those that struggle to sit on the ground. We ate several times at La Porta Verde, a small café that do incredible paninis and pinsa. There is work undergoing near the property. Overall, noise was not that noticeable, mainly because we were out for the day. They do start working between 7:45-8:30, but generally quiet (no noise at all if at the beach).

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

Anna was a great and helpful host and she welcomed us and our dog very warmly. There is a beautiful view on the Como lake straight from the house and garden. Anna gave us advice on the parking spot nearby the house which was helpful since the roads are quite narrow and there are not many parking spaces. Overall we had a very relaxed stay even though the weather wasn't perfect.

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig gut! Besonders die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Haus entsprach rundum unseren Vorstellungen und den Bildern. Die Einfahrt zum Haus war wirklich sehr steil, sodass man gut aufpassen sollte, mit welchen Autos man anreist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir haben 7 Nächte in dem Appartment von Chiara verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und war super sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch im Bad hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir problemlos in einem abschließbaren Raum abstellen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Unterkunft nicht direkt, das sollte man beachten. Die Terasse ist toll mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Chiara hat uns jederzeit geholfen und war immer erreichbar. Die Privatsphäre in der Unterkunft ist absolut gegeben und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Bahnhof und der See sind fußläufig in weniger als 10min erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Beautiful 'home away from home' with stunning views in a quiet town on the lake. Simona is the perfect host - warm, friendly and helpful. She put together an outstanding welcome package with everything you need to start your vacation! There is a lush garden with a resident turtle who appreciates daily treats of diced apple. The cafeteria Aurora at the corner serves simple local food and a delicious pizza. We picked up some pasta and produce at the little mini mart down the street and enjoyed a home cooked dinner on the porch overlooking the lake. The ferry in Urio is a short walk away and connects to all major tourist spots. We especially enjoyed the short ride to Nesso to see the waterfall. Overall, the Casina delle Rosa is a great location to unwind, take scenic walks, and build some wonderful memories of Lake Como. Highly recommend!

Für uns war die Casa Berta die perfekte Unterkunft! Wir waren je einen Tag in Bellagio und Como - und waren heilfroh, die Menschenmassen (Ende Mai!) hinter uns lassen zu können und in so einem ruhigen, charmanten Bergdorf zu wohnen. Die Straße hinauf haben wir uns von den Bewertungen her schlimmer vorgestellt - es ist ja gottseidank nicht viel Verkehr hier hinauf. Wir haben dennoch den Bus bevorzugt, der eigentlich immer zuverlässig gefahren ist (außer sonntags, da fährt er halt generell nicht). Die Casa selbst ist echt entzückend. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Sehr bequemes Bett und Kopfpolster. Auch die Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck (normal mag ich keine Duschvorhänge, aber die Dusche ist groß genug, sodass der Vorhang, der noch dazu nicht aus Plastik ist, nicht am Körper kleben bleibt). Die Terrasse ist auch mega, wir haben hier viel Zeit verbracht. Perfekt wäre es noch, wenn es auch auf der Terrasse Empfang gäbe, um z. B. Musik zu streamen oder den nächsten Tag zu planen.

What a gem of an apartment in Nesso! Stunning views over Lake Como, nestled in a quiet hillside. The location was very tranquil but still within easy driving to Como and Bellagio. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped. A little hard to find but Ludovica was very helpful and communicated well. We hope to visit again some day!
