Great location. The second floor of the house with a separate entrance. The host's parents live on the ground floor. Super nice people. There is a direct beach access from the house ~200 meters away. Very convenient! All photos are true and all air conditioners work and do a great job in hot weather!

We had a great time and looking forward to coming back! The host was very friendly and accommodating, and at the same time very discreet. The house, garden and pool were spotless. The view was great and the house perfectly situated, close to markets, beaches and sightseeings by car. Our 8-year old had a great time in the pool, which was height-appropriate. Every room had its own balcony. Overall a great experience, definitely recommended!

We stayed in Villa Green Mare for a two week wonderful family vacation. We enjoyed it very much. The villa suited us very nicely and the pool was exceptionally wonderful. The service provided by Kostas and his team at Etouri was outstanding. They gave us insightful guidance and great recommendations as well as being very responsive to all our questions. They arranged a wonderful boat trip for us, the absolute high light of our trip, and we also had a local chef prepare a truly delicious dinner for us at the villa one night. We also had a fabulous beach day at Baja Beach Club that we would recommend anyone to check out. And what a luxury to have the villa cleaned and towels and linens changed every three days! Our best recommendation to Villa Green Mare and Etouri. Thank you for making our anniversary family vacation such a success 😊
