We had an excellent stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to our requests and was very friendly. We would stay here again. We loved the private beach just steps away. The view was awesome. Thank you!

Este o locație de vis , cu priveliști de neuitat. O adevărată oază de relaxare la care cu siguranță ne vom mai întoarce . Casa foarte bine amplasată la malul mării cu ieșire direct la apă , curtea din spatele casei cu foarte multă umbră . Casa are vreo trei terase ,niciodată nu ne-am putut decide la care să stăm atât de frumos și liniștitor era priveliștea . Gazda Mirela ne-a fost de ajutor de fiecare dată când am avut nevoie.

Beautiful house, with a nice garden in the front and the back. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach, with lots of restaurants and activities walking distance. Additionally, there are a number of beautiful beaches and villages very close by if you want to explore. Katerina is a great host, very polite and responsive. The house is very well equipped, clean and overall perfect for a family vacation.

Η Natali ήταν ευγενική και μας βοήθησε με προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Το χωριό της κάτω Γατζέας είναι μικρό και ήσυχο. Έχει εστιατόρια και η σχέση του με τη θάλασσα πολύ καλή. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και οι φωτογραφίες ακριβείς. Η θέση του μοναδική, με θέα προς τον Παγασητικό. Η αυλή καλόγουστα διαμορφωμένη με λουλούδια χωρίς υπερβολές και επιτηδεύσεις. Ο εξοπλισμός του σπιτιού ήταν πλήρης. Θα το επέλεγα και για μελλοντική επίσκεψη στο Πήλιο.

Das Margerites ist ein traumhaft schönes Apartment mit riesigen Terrassen und wunderschönem Blick. Die Einrichtungg ist sehr hübsch, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist überaus sauber und wird zweimal die Woche gereinigt. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Man möchte eigentlich nur zu Hause bleiben. Der nette kleine Strand ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Allerdings ist der Zugang vom Strand zum Apartment sehr steil, nichts für "Fußlahme". Es war eine wunderbare Woche und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος, άνετος και μεγάλος. Κατάλληλος για μεγάλη παρέα ή οικογενειακές με παιδιά. Μοντέρνος χώρος με στυλ και πολύ μεγάλη αυλή. Ήσυχο μέρος και καθαρό κατάλυμα. το προτείνω με σιγουριά μιας και ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι διαθέσιμος ανά πάσα στιγμή. ευχαριστούμε.

Μείναμε αρκετά ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα! Υπήρχε άνεση, ιδιωτικότητα, έχει δύο μπάνια και εξυπηρετεί σε μεγάλο βαθμό όταν είστε πολλά άτομα. Ήταν όλα καθαρά, υπήρχε κλιματιστικό που κάλυπτε εξαιρετικά όλο το σπίτι. Κεράσματα για το welcome. Το μόνο που ίσως θα πρότεινα σε αρχάριους οδηγούς είναι ο δρόμος προς το σπίτι. Σε ορισμένα σημεία είναι στενός και με μια ανηφόρα αλλά εμάς τουλάχιστον δε μας δημιούργησε πρόβλημα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την κ.Αννα για την εξυπηρέτηση της και τις οδηγίες της 💙

Άφιξη πολύ νωρίτερα της κράτησης, φυσικά χωρίς πρόβλημα από τον οικοδεσπότη κ. Νίκο. Τοποθεσία ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ο κ. Νίκος είχε προνοησει να αφήσει ανοιχτά air condition και καλοριφέρ έτσι ο χωρίς ήταν πολύ ζεστός. Άμεση απόκριση σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. Το συστήνουμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Posto meraviglioso e l'accesso alla spiaggia è molto rapido (4min). Ci sono anche sdraio ed ombrelloni per chi soggiorna alla villa. Spyros super disponibile e gentile. bravi

We loved this villa, it had lots of space and, even though there were several of us staying there, it felt private and relaxing. We particularly liked the olive garden with its wonderful set up, we enjoyed a lunch and a nice evening there, it felt so much like a home away from home. Kyriakos and Vasso were wonderful, always responsive and caring, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and their recommendations were excellent. Highly recommended for those seeking a bit of luxury and relaxation.

A stunning villa with a gorgeous view of the sea, which is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and antiques. Christina was very friendly and welcoming and provided a great list of beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely visit again.

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος, ζεστός διακοσμημένος με γούστο. Απίστευτη ησυχία και μαγευτική θέα. Η κυρία Δεσποινα μας υποδέχτηκε εγκάρδια, μας προσέφερε τοπικά εδέσματα για καλωσόρισμα. Ενώ η ευγενική κυρία Κορινα μας είχε δώσει αναλυτικές πληροφορίες άφιξης και περιήγησης της περιοχής. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν ο χώρος που είχε το μπιλιάρδο και το Πινγκ πονγκ όπου εκεί μικροί και μεγάλοι περάσαμε ατέλειωτες ώρες χαλάρωσης και διασκέδασης!

We loved our stay at Skiathea Villas - the best AirBnb we've ever stayed in!! Filippos was the perfect host - he met us at the airport and drove us to the villa to check in, gave us lots of great recommendations and even some delicious homemade liquor. The villa is fantastic - exactly as pictured. Lovely pool area with very comfortable sofa bean chairs and incredible views. It's a real treat that the villa is cleaned daily by Mary and the pool is also cleaned daily. The recommendations from Filippos really made the trip special - on his recommendation we tried so many fab restaurants, hired a very fun 4 wheel drive car (highly recommended to explore the North side of the island) and went to some great beaches. He was always very responsive and friendly. The villa is up a dirt track road which is fine to drive in a 2 wheel drive car and a good walk if you're up for it. In walking distance there's some restaurants, a fun pool bar and a shop. It's about 15 mins drive to Skiathos town.

I can’t recommend this enough! This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s just like the pictures, spotless and very well located. I came here with a group of girls for my bachelorette and the two-apartment setup was great. We spent most of our time enjoying the private pool and forest views. There was a variety of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and the bus stop was just down the hill. Our host was available at all times with very helpful recommendations. She met us in person at the airport and brought fresh towels halfway through our stay. Only consideration for other groups would be the neighbors concern around quiet hours. We were approached by them a few times early in our stay as they were very eager to enforce quiet hours from 11pm to dawn. We didn’t have any issues sticking to this, but might be something to note if you are looking for a hen do/stag location.

Μια απο τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες φιλοξενίας που είχαμε ποτέ! Η τοποθεσία ιδιαίτερα προνομιακή, το σπιτι κυριολεκτικά μέσα στην θάλασσα! Το απόλυτο ησυχαστήριο ακόμα και την εβδομάδα του 15Αυγουστου!! Η Αγία Κυριακή, το Τρικερι και το Νησί (παλαιό Τρικερι) μοναδικά μέρη που μπορείς σε 5-10 λεπτά απο το κατάλυμα να επισκεφτείς!! Η φιλοξενία παροιμιώδη! Η κυρια Μαρία, υπεύθυνη για την καθαριότητα, μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν στο σπιτι μας! Η ταβέρνα του Μανωλα, στην Αγία Κυριακή (10’ με τα πόδια απο ένα πανέμορφο μονοπάτι ή 5’ με αυτοκίνητο) ήταν μια αποκάλυψη (φρέσκο ψάρι, αστακομακαρονάδες, ψαρόσουπα με τιμές απίστευτες!). Το κατάλυμα, σαν στο σπιτι μας, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και εντυπωσιακά καλαίσθητο! Λόγω τοποθεσίας μονίμως δροσερό ακόμα και τις πιο ζεστές ημέρες (δεν χρειάστηκε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το air condition ούτε μια ημέρα). Μια εμπειρία που προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα ιδιαίτερα αν αναζητάτε ένα «ησυχαστήριο» για ξέγνοιαστες και χαλαρές διακοπές κυριολεκτικά μέσα στην θαλασσα!

It was a very nice week. We are coming back very happy. The hostess is a wonderful person. Helpful and friendly. The area is very interesting which will make us come back for sure. The description does not do justice to the charm of the place. it is a wonderful and authentic area.

One of our best airBNB experiences so far (and we’ve had quite a few great ones!). It was so good, almost tempted to keep it all to our selves :) The place itself is nothing less than astonishing. A vila with your own private top-notch pool in a beautiful garden taken from a movie seen, accompanied with the perfect mountain and sea scenery. But this is only the beginning. The hosts, oh the hosts….. Kostas and his lovely wife took us (me, my wife and our two children) in as if we were family, catering to our every need, surrounding us with care and lots of treats and giving us that warm fuzzy feeling. This was a perfect family vacation (great for couples as well), and we can’t wait to come back!

Wow!!! What an incredible place. My husband and I stayed here the week we got married, and it was perfect. The view of the sea over the infinity pool while the sun was setting is breathtaking and the sun is always shining on the villa. Very clean, spacious and beds are very comfy. Would recommended and we will definitely be back!

We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at Laura's villa. It provided us with the perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful island. A tranquil setting with amazing views out over the town and sea beyond, with spectacular sunrises. We hadn't appreciated just how easy it was to walk from there into the old town, with its plentiful supply of excellent restaurants and shops. We hired a car to visit some of the gorgeous beaches, all within easy distance and an absolute delight to come back to Laura's Villa. No hesitation in recommending it.

Just returned from a glorious stay on our favourite Greek island- made all the more enjoyable by our stay at Villa kalamaraki. Fred is a superb host, clear and effective communicator. The Villa is well equipped, spacious and perfectly located. The villas was spotlessly clean which was maintained by the friendly cleaning staff every 3 days. You will need a car, quad, bike or taxi unless you want to take the 20 minute walk to Kanapitsa where you can get the water taxi or bus into town. The location of this villa is superb, short descent to a semi private beach for snorkelling and relaxation if you are seeking a change from the well equipped swimming pool. You will not be disappointed Doots 24

We had a really enjoyable stay as a family of four at George’s Villa. We have a three year-old and an eight-year-old who shared the bedroom downstairs we stayed in the bedroom opposite. The only thing to mention is that the staircase down to the bottom floor is a bit precarious, without handrails. There is a safety gate to prevent kids going down there, so was not a problem for us. There is another double bedroom on the top floor. The views from the Villa are incredible it is a very private and peaceful location. There is another villa available next door but there was no one staying when we were there. Car 100% required. Less than 10 min drive to Skiathos town and airport (you can actually see the runway from the villa garden in the distance!)

Die Unterkunft entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Sie liegt ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf mit äußerst netten Menschen. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die beiden Pools liegen direkt vor dem Haus und der Strand direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Michael war ein sehr aufmerksamer und äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber der immer erreichbar war und gerne und umgehend auf Fragen geantwortet hat und uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben hat was es in der Umgebung zu entdecken gibt. Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Haus und der Ausstattung und würden jederzeit sofort wieder bei Michael buchen!!!! Einfach nur spitze! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!!!

Essential you drive to the house via Milies. The house is old style/traditional, very comfortable and well equipped with lovely views, especially from the upstairs balcony, over the sea in the distance. The pool is at the front of the house, alongside the little road, and there are neighbouring properties. This did not worry us but may not be for you if you are after more seclusion and privacy. The pool is very welcome in the heat; my husband enjoyed the challenge and exercise of clearing the leaves out of the pool with the net (there is a line of trees) whenever the wind blew. You can easily walk to the pizza restaurant at the top of the lane and an additional 20 min walk (uphill in places) takes you to six restaurants in the village. Our favourite beach was Papa Nero: car park at the end of Agios Ioannis then walk along to Papa Nero which has coarse sand and is excellent for swimming. There are several supermarkets here too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time here.

Andreas and Mary are lovely hosts and made us feel at home from the first momentBefore the arriva, Andreas send us specific instructions for getting to the house. Whenever we needed something, they were very responsive, and kind.. The house is located in a beautiful spot with marvelous views. Most of the time we used our car to visit the beaches and the restaurants, but it is not very complicated to walk down and up the cliff with the stairs. The private pool is a great bonus and when we wanted to stay at home it was a great alternative for the beach. The house as nets for all the windows so it is nice to feel the evening breeze.
