we had a great time in Lia apartment the location is just so beautiful and quiet and the beach next to it is a peace of heaven we had great time hanging out and make dinners in the yard outside lia's husband Ares was very friendly and help us along with great recommendations for this around and in volos, he was very responsive and answered lots of our questions to summerize great apartment amazing location and best hosts you can ask thank you

Good host very friendly and willing to help with anything we asked for! The house is perfect warm and beautiful! Very close to the port of Volos where we went on foot and close to Pelion! We'll be comfortably staying at this next time we visit Volos!

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Searching for a peaceful place to just sit and feel the world turning ever so slowly, we found this one. It was farther than we wanted to drive, but the idea of our own slice of water and a secure place for the dog won out. We are glad we picked it. Penelope was a responsive host who answered all of our questions. The Nies Bay is as advertised. Quiet and private. We went for daily swims and sat or napped in the expansive outdoor space with its four olive trees and gazebo. We visited with a couple of stray cats. We didn't do much else. October is a slow time for the area, so the two nearby tavernas were only open on the weekend. This meant a 9-minute drive over the hill to Sourpi for a grocery store, two lovely coffee shops, a modern gyro place that opens at 7 p.m., and a taverna. The indoor bathroom is cramped and barely functional, though it was warm enough to shower outside. The two bedrooms are big enough with comfortable beds. The internet worked fine. There are zoned AC units.

Great location, easy to communicate and check in and beautiful views. The downsides are that it is an apartment on the second floor, and there isn’t really a beach, it’s more of a road on the water. We nonetheless had a great time, price was fair and Dimitra was quick and responsive. Overall, great stay.

Amazing place, beautiful, secluded from the world. The house is perfect, with lots of sleeping and all the necessities for a wonderful holiday. However, it is essential to have a 4x4 or SUV to get there because the small road that leads there is a little difficult but it's worth a visit! Vasilis was a perfect host.

A door from the house opens directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. The hosts - Elena and Katerina are very friendly and keep the place clean, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. It's a perfect spot for anyone wanting to relax and soak in the beauty of Greece. We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! Kostas was an exceptional host—warmhearted, kind, and incredibly welcoming. He greeted our fairly large group of 22 people, including 10 children aged 2 to 12, with genuine hospitality. The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—at no point did we feel we were lacking anything. It was impeccably clean, and every detail in the interior felt carefully chosen, with a lovely respect for tradition. We especially appreciated the attentive hosting, the stunning terrace and garden, and the direct access to a charming little beach a few steps away. Overall, it was a wonderful, home-like experience in a very child-friendly setting and magnificent landscape. Highly recommended!

Michael's hospitality was lovely and out of the ordinary! The place is special with a private and magical small beach, many seating areas, a lot of investment in the small details, and a variety of water activities such as SUP, kayaking, sea mattresses, snorkels for personal and free use on the private beach. The house is cozy and practical, there was nothing missing, stunning view of the bay, expansive sunsets and sunrises, we enjoyed and already want to come back.

We had a great 7 nights at the villa. The location is superb for a chilled beach holiday. The place is a little more rustic than the pictures suggest. However, this was not an issue for us & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andrea/Andrew was amazing & the few times we needed him he responded immediately. If you want a relaxing holiday right on the beach then you have found the place

Our stay here was idyllic, a little slice of heaven. The area is very peaceful and private, the perfect escape. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. Michael is a gracious host with excellent local knowledge full of tips of where to visit, things to see and places to eat. The house comes with all manner of water sports accessories (paddle boards, kayaks, snorkle) which the whole family enjoyed. The garden is spectacular with many spots to sit and relax among the olive trees and forget about the world for a while. Many thanks to Michael for a wonderful stay. We hope to return in the future.
