"We are incredibly grateful! Our stay was simply perfect. This trip marked our first visit to Skiathos, where we attended a family wedding. Initially, we were unsure about whether to choose a villa or a hotel. However, we are absolutely delighted with our decision to stay at Serenity Luxury Villa. The villa's proximity to the beach and restaurants, as well as its short distance from Skiathos town, made it extremely convenient. We cannot express enough appreciation to Ira and Lina, who took care of us throughout our stay. They were attentive and made sure everything was running smoothly, from regularly checking in on us to maintaining the pool and providing daily cleaning services. One major highlight for us was the pool's ability to be covered, which was essential as we had a toddler with us. Thanks to this feature, we could relax without any worries. Without a doubt, we will be returning to Skiathos in the future! It was a 5-star experience that exceeded our expectations!

Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

The house is wonderful, nicely renovated and decorated with taste and sophistication. The location is amazing, peaceful and quiet. The picturesque taxiarches-square is accessible on foot, only in a few-minutes-walking. We had such a nice time and we would love to come back in the future. We recommend it with no reservations!

Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο άνετο και πολύ βολικό πού είχε δύο μπάνια Ήταν πλήρως εφοδιασμένο με ότι μπορεί να χρειαζόμασταν (κουζίνα, μπάνια, υπνοδωμάτια) Πόλυ ωραία διακόσμηση και με "βολικές" λεπτομέρειες Ήταν όλα προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια Και επειδή το σπίτι δεν είχε άλλη κράτηση την επόμενη μέρα η κυρία Anneli και μας άφησε να μείνουμε περισσότερο από την ώρα του check out, μας το πρότεινε από μόνη της και αυτό μας βόλεψε πάρα πολύ Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι είχε σκόνη σε κάποια σημεία

Vi nød vores ophold i Matas hus i Skiathos. Huset ligger skønt - meget tæt på by, restauranter og seværdigheder, men i en rolig gade. Som et plus har huset en dejlig gårdhave, hvor vi nød at sidde om aftenen. Mata er en virkelig god vært og var hurtig til at sende instruktioner for tjek ind og løbende følge op med anbefalinger og hurtig hjælp - også da vi formåede at låse os selv ude. Oven i hatten blev vi modtaget af hendes far ved tjek ind, der venlig ventede for at tage imod os. Der var ikke meningen, da vi selv bare skulle tjekke ind med nøgleboks. Men det var en fin gestus og dejligt at blive taget godt imod. Skiathos er en skøn ø og skal du besøge den, kan vi varmt anbefale, at du booker et ophold hos Mata. Skal vi til Skiathos igen, booker vi her!

My wife and I had near a week here at this lovely place. We enjoyed being just a few minutes’ walk to Achladies Beach which is organized with chairs and also has a few good restaurants/beach bars. We rented chairs and eventually took a spot on the sand elsewhere other days. As others mention, the walk to and from the beach is steep and worth considering if you’re mobility disabled. We had no issue. The house is cozy and well equipped and in my opinion is nicer than photos. The bedrooms are not especially spacious but are more than adequate, and with the blackout shades closed at night we slept fantastically (14 hours our first night! Memorable). We cooked a few meals there and had everything needed. The outside space is what sold us on this listing and it delivers — it really feels like a luxury villa outside, with an impressive view of the beach down below. Lounge chairs, a dining table, and the hammock were all enjoyed throughout the day. And the cherry on top — the dipping pool!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb with my family, and it was truly a memorable experience. The place is brand new and exquisitely furnished, equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was undeniably the breathtaking views it offered. Waking up to such beauty every morning was an absolute delight. Additionally, the hospitality of the host was top-notch. They went out of their way to ensure that we felt at home and had everything we needed. Having direct access to a private beach was a wonderful bonus, allowing us to enjoy some peaceful moments by the sea. The proximity to restaurants and a small store made our stay even more convenient, ensuring we had easy access to essentials and delicious meals. If you're looking for a serene getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, whether with family or friends, this place comes highly recommended.
