Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

Your own hamlet: 2 Rustici on the Verzasca

Two 300-year-old stone houses with original granite roofs — your own little hamlet, a stone's throw from Lavertezzo and the emerald green Verzasca. There's no one else here. Right behind the houses is the chestnut forest, and opposite is a waterfall. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 beds, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Historisches Steinhaus Cafe Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

The apartment is located in a two-family house, in the center of Maggia located on the 2nd floor. Ground floor: entrance with built-in wardrobes, living room with sofa, TV and WIFI internet. Fully furnished kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. 1st floor: there are two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds and a small toilet. Located in Dunzio, a small village at the beginning of the Maggia Valley, reachable via a one-lane forest road, which runs along the mountain above the village of Aurigeno. Starting point for hiking and for mountain lovers. Here you can enjoy tranquility and peace surrounded by nature with a splendid view of the valley.

Enjoy Ticino in a romantic rustico located in the forest with 2 bedrooms (2 beds each) as well as a mass camp in the attic (opg. Regulations of the canton of Ticino are max. 6 adults). Quietly located in the forest, accessible by car, parking available. Simple stone house with running hot water, fully equipped kitchen but no dishwasher and no washing machine.
