Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

A bright 3-room apartment in a nice location awaits you! The newly renovated ground floor apartment has a terrace and rental bicycles (for 10.00/day/bicycle to rent additionally). Built in 1926, the well-maintained apartment building is located on the western edge of Weimar city center, which is easily accessible on foot within 15 minutes. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The new Bauhaus Museum and the popular Weimarhallenpark are within walking distance of about 10 minutes.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Our German-American family would be so pleased to invite you into our home. Our charming, 200-year-old guest house is just a few minutes away from the historic town of Weimar. Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area. We have lovingly renovated our little cottage, framed by roses and furnished with antiques, melding the old-world with a touch of the modern. We hope that each of our guests feels at home.

A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

The day can start with a breakfast and a good cup of coffee, for example at sunrise on the terrace with magnificent distant views. The bedroom with large double bed is located upstairs in the gallery. Our farm dog Cleo is well-behaved and joyfully welcomes all guests.

The entrance to the apartment is by key box. We are also happy to be there for you personally.

The bike path along Ilm (about 350 m away), the city bus stop "Am Anger" (100 m from the house) or the in-house parking lot, offer you a comfortable journey and at the same time can be used as ideal starting points for wonderful explorations to the city of Weimar and the beautiful surroundings in the heart of Thuringia.

There is a possibility to set up a baby bed in addition. Your own parking space is of course available. No pets and no smoking in the apartment. Wi-Fi, slippers and laundry included.
