The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, cleaning products). The bathroom also has toilet paper, hand soap and gel/shampoo. The beds have a pillow, sheets, blanket and quilt. In addition, there is an extra set of blankets. Towels are also included. The Mimbre apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with a total of two bedrooms (one with a toilet), a full bathroom, a living/dining room and a kitchen. From the main staircase you can access the outdoor patio where the Jacuzzi, the barbecue and the washing machine are located. The Mimbre apartment has a balcony overlooking the church square. We are in the Maestrazgo "where silence speaks". On a 3,000m2 farm, "La Lomica", surrounded by olive trees, 500m from the village of Ladruñán in an old farmhouse that has been restored and refurbished for housing. I have set up a living room, kitchen and three bedrooms for the exclusive use of guests, all with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. The Guadalope River and the Santolea reservoir are 3 km from the property
