Beachfront holiday rental in Maenam Beach

Our stay at this Koh Samui apartment was amazing! The location was ideal — super convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to get around. We had no issues with communication, and Ahmed was always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Truly special Villa! We are group of 5 travelers (3 separate groups make up the 5). This Villa ticked all the boxes prior to booking, and the stay at the Villa was magical. We generally spend most of our time out and about exploring, however this time we spent most of time at the Villa enjoying the pool area, the egg chair/living room area - and the outdoor sala. (We befriended a bird with no feather on head - we called it little Al (as in Alopecia) - we hope to see it again) Everything was super clean, modern and cool. Upstairs bedroom did get quite hot (hot air rises) however - air con on, and it cools down. Location was perfect, walking distance to various things and easy to shoot across to Fishermans or ChoengMong on the scooter for dinner. Sue/Konradin? was fantastic in ensuring our stay would be hassle free and introduced us to Aoo. Aoo is a superstar! Anything you need - Aoo provides! A Perfect Tropical Getaway at White Phoenix Villa, Koh Samui We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the White Phoenix Villa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautifully designed — modern yet cozy, with an inviting warmth that made us feel instantly at home. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, and the natural sunlight streaming in throughout the day added a bright, refreshing vibe to the entire space. Whether it was lounging by the pool or simply enjoying the peaceful interiors, every moment felt relaxing and memorable. Ken the caretaker was amazing and always smiling and very helpful. One thing that slightly surprised us was the additional charge for water and electricity, which was informed and which was presented in the final bill. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did feel a bit unexpected and was the only blot on an otherwise very comfortable and enjoyable stay. That said, the overall experience was fantastic, and we would still highly recommend White Phoenix

Nice apartment 5 minutes walk to the main street in Choengmon and to the beach. Apartment may need a refurbishment but other than that lovely stay.

The beach house was incredibly cozy with direct access to the sea. It was unbelievably peaceful – the perfect place to relax. I will definitely come back! The host was very helpful and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. I felt welcome from the very first minute.

We had a lovely stay in the villa and the host and staff were excellent in making our stay as comfortable as they could. They arranged Mr Nuy (local taxi) to get us from the airport and he was fantastic so we used him for all our evening journies. Highly recommend!

Christian's villa is as described in the photos, only much more beautiful!!! It is really luxurious and everything you need for everyday life is there. The location is unique in the countryside on a hill with a breathtaking view, it doesn't get any better 🥰🥰🥰 Christian is also a great host who is competent, friendly and helpful!!! I can only recommend the villa to everyone and if I come back to Koh Samui I will definitely go back to Christian 😁😁😁

If you’re looking for a different kind of experience, this is the place to come. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and forest at the back, while the front opens up to a stunning sea view. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Having someone kind prepare your breakfast in the morning to them doing it all quietly without disturbing you was amazing While I went to the gym, my room was cleaned and our daily needs were always taken care of. We didn’t have to go to the market even once. You don’t even notice the presence of security or staff, everything runs so smoothly. Just 400 meters down the road, there’s a Muay Thai and fitness gym. After training, jumping into the pool or spending time in the ice bath was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was so well thought out, thank you so much. I had an amazing time.

Our party of four adults and four children very much enjoyed our stay in this Luxe Nomad villa. The staff were all very pleasant and the included breakfast set us up well for each day. All the rooms were clean and well-kept and were a close reflection of the photos. The open-plan living area is a particularly thoughtful design, allowing for a continuous cooling breeze from the sea. The villa was private, quiet and safe, yet close enough to walk to the Fisherman’s village and bars on the beach (though the sand is coarse underfoot). Whilst the sea immediately in front of the villa is not the clearest or most inviting, the view from the infinity pool is lovely and clearer waters are only a short stroll away. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it for their stay in Koh Samui.

Best villa in Samui!! located in the best area, high up the mountain with amazing view! Pannipa is an amazing person, she really helped us with everything and took care of us, from the most small details to big ones. The villa concluded everything we needed, inviting comfortable and beautiful ;)

Thanks for a really good stay! We were there for almost 5 weeks and enjoyed everyday! Walking distance to a bakery and also to beach front cafe/restaurants. Other than that it’s pretty private and you will need a taxi to get around to the cities and to more serious shopping :) we will return to this place any day if possible. All the bedrooms have aircon but used only for the nights - which was absolutely no problem. Renate was the perfect host and very helpful with everything.

What a wonderful location, we loved it. We had a great time at David‘s place. And the best was Kob, what a lovely person. She fulfilled every wish and was so nice to the whole family. We almost took her with us to Germany. Thank you for the paradise!

Stop searching — this is the place. You don’t need to waste time debating it, because trust me: this condo/boutique hotel is everything an Airbnb should be. It’s spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located — safe, walkable, and beautifully designed inside and out. The interior decor is stunning, the landscaping immaculate, and the beach and pool absolutely pristine. Add in 24/7 security and freshly made daily breakfast, and it truly feels like home — only better. The entire team offers the kind of genuine hospitality that makes a lasting impression. My family and I felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Highly, highly recommend. 12/10!

Villa booked on behalf of son and friends. Great views from 7 young men celebrating their graduation. Great host - Villa booked a year in advance, and always pro-active with queries, clarifications and support. The flight was late - instructions provided well to check in, with delayed arrival pickup from the airport. The villa was self sufficient for the boys - activities to do (pool table, games, movie theatre), kitchen, barbeque, infinity pool. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Koh Samui with a family / group.

We had a great stay at Jordie apartment. It has everything you need in in the apartment for cooking and also relaxing - we would have stayed longer if we could have.

This apartment has the most comfortable and delicious bed I've ever tried in an Airbnb, the pillows are perfect and you really get a full rest, apart from everything you need, they leave you an absolutely spectacular hair treatment and spray, as a woman you will appreciate it🤭👌🏻 Nemo's accommodation is perfectly decorated, they have taken care of every detail, it is super clean and fully equipped with everything you need and more for a pleasant and comfortable stay🌿🐚🙌🏻 The washer/dryer is a huge plus when you travel for so many weeks, coffee maker with coffee to grind, tea, basic condiments, black out curtains, basic cleaning supplies, everything is absolutely comfortable, the sofa, the TV, the vacuum cleaner, the balcony, I loved everything!!! If you can book it, don't hesitate to do so, you'll have a wonderful experience from a place with an excellent location and Nemo is a great host😊 Thank you for everything! Best, Dani & Will 💜

We stayed a month in the house and had a great time. Elena picked us up from the airport so that worked out well. The house was comfortable with new ac units. Energy was a little expensive but I guess that’s how it is here. The kitchen is not In AC The windows are real thin so sound from outside travels in(if neighbors are loud). Usually they were quiet but sometimes one house made a lot of noise and woke us up multiple nights. Not Elena’s fault though of course, just something to know if you are a light sleeper. Most nights were okay

We loved the place, absolutely beyond what we expected. Breakfast was absolutely Wonderfull and a wide spread, staff was super friendly. The pool and beach was beautiful, the resort itself is a bit expensive but there are so many places close to visit that you do not have make use of the restaurant. I would recommend this to anyone.

Incredible place. Even better than the pictures. Lots of restaurants and even a bike shop within walking distance. The view from the balcony is also a plus. Would definitely stay again.
