Lock house surrounded by 2 lawn sides overlooking the canal; house located at the entrance of the "trench of the convicts". 100 m from a nautical base but unfortunately this year the department decided not to open it. Direct access to hiking trails and mountain biking trails (canal edge and woods ). Property located 3kms from local shops: grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, bistro..
