Alice is a lovely, separate three bedroomed cottage, in a small hamlet in the tranquil Brittany countryside, with a private secluded garden and log fire (meuble de tourisme 3 star). Alice is one of three charming traditional stone-built cottages here at Bot Coet Cottages, set on 2.5 acres of land. Enjoy the shared heated pool, landscaped gardens, games room and boule court. Just 5 mins from medieval Guemene, with shops, bars and restaurants, and the lovely South Brittany coast an easy day trip.

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the Pont-Aven school of painting. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the stairs and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. In the heart of the Picturesque Quenecan forest. Apartment for two people, on the first floor, without elevator. Double glazing. It is located in the city center of Carhaix-Plouguer, on a small street (almost pedestrian in summer). There are several car parks all around. Bars, restaurants and other shops are within walking distance. It is very pleasant to stay in... Wifi & Orange TV. A cleaning fee can be negotiated. The D'Kannerezh Aiguillon laundromat is a few meters away.

Lockhouse

Lock house surrounded on both sides by lawn overlooking the canal; house located at the entrance to the "tranchée des bagnards". 100 m from a nautical base but unfortunately this year the department decided not to open it. Direct access to hiking trails and mountain bike trails (canal and wood). Accommodation located 3 km from local shops: grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, bistro.

Le Yaudet: beautiful vacation home near the sea

Ideally located between land and sea, this house, fully restored in 2021, offers you the best conditions for a lovely family vacation. The sea and hiking trails (GR 34) are very close: 1.5 km from the Yaudet site, 6 km from the beaches of Locquémeau, 15 km from the pink granite coast (Trébeurden, Trégastel, Perros-Guirec …). 6 km from Lannion city center, 4 km from a shopping area.
