Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Le Petit Toit Gîte at La Charpenterie

Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Refuge in the heart of a medieval neighborhood alley

Notice to travelers, Small house nestled in an alley of the medieval district where life is good. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance, 3 sleeping cabins (2 sleeping cabins 140 x 190 and 1 bunk bed cabin 90 x 190) and a bathroom with shower which is accessed through one of the bedrooms. The upper floor has a living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen and an exterior. You will appreciate, among other things, free parking nearby, garden, Wi-Fi network, TV...

In the heart of the bocage Bressuirais, between castles of the Loire and the Atlantic coast, between Puy du Fou, Futuroscope and Green Venice, this vast residence combines the charm of old stones, volumes, modern comfort and neat decoration. We also offer for rent a mansion that depends on the same property. Same capacity, also with a swimming pool, as well as a large park, woods and pond. Quiet, between Gâtine and Bocage Bressuirais, we offer the cozy and charming Cabane Escale Mirador. Change of scenery guaranteed in the heart of nature. Ideally located for sightseeing trips: 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, 45 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Charente and Vendée coasts. Horseback riding. Duvet with cover not provided, possible for an extra charge of €20. Towels not provided. No smoking in the tree house.
