The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with no blackout blinds, a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The two bedrooms have large ceiling fans and double beds, and the bathroom is fully equipped with a convenient glass-walled shower. The outdoor pateo has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs Naregno beach, about 250 metres away, can be reached on foot. Ideal to spend days at the beach without having to use the car.
