Since our charming 57 m² apartment is located directly in the city center, you can reach the tram and the shopping center in just a few minutes on foot. The main train station can be reached by tram or bus in about 10 minutes.

This cozy holiday house, created by two designers, is located close to the popular Spreewald. Here you can enjoy the traditional villages and the stunning nature. Directly behind my house the natural reserve starts, so you shouldn’t have a problem with spiders an insects cause you will definitely meet them here. You can have a bath in the river Spree to which you can walk in half a minute from my house. Besides that you can make hikes (for example to the famous Brahnitzer-Park and the castle).

Rouge & Friends II Stylish living in the heart of CB

The apartment is in a renovated old building on the first floor on a busy street. In front of the house there are parking spaces, tram and pharmacy immediately available. It takes 5 minutes to get to the city center by public transport. Bakery and supermarkets are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Behind the house is a quiet garden. In summer, the terrace of the apartment invites you to relax. I live with my family on the 2nd floor. We are cosmopolitan people and look forward to new contacts.
