Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

Jeffrey was an amazing host. He offered so many different local places to go which was so helpful. We went to many recommended places and they were all amazing and we could walk to every place! The place was very clean and the instructions were very clear. He also provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee pods which was very convenient to have. The stay was amazing!

Pavel and his place were super great! He was super attentive and helpful and recommended places to eat and go out. The home was clean and quiet. Everything was so amazing ! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others :)

15-20 minute walk to Printers Alley, Bridgestone arena and country music Hall of fame. Close to many great restaurants in the Gulch also. Full kitchen if you want to cook or just keep some snacks handy. Towels are provided but not kitchen towels so if you plan on cooking bring some towels and kitchen sponge. Washer and dryer in unit very convenient. Very clean on arrival.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Had a great stay at Christy’s spot! The house was cozy and clean and the kitchen was perfect for a long term stay. I also loved the location — it was great to be able to walk to Frothy Monkey and Shelby Park and when I wanted to go downtown, it was only a 10 minute, $10 uber. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Nashville!

Julia’s place in East Nashville was perfect for getting out of the downtown area to see what else the city has to offer. She was kind and prompt with her communication and everything was clean and organized— not to mention the gorgeous art all over the walls! The vibe was exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration and we were grateful she allowed our pups to crash with us! I would hesitate to book with her again, and neither should you!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

If your looking for a place that feels like home stay at Jacque's! She has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Her home is located in a great neighborhood 15 mins from downtown. It's so spacious and we had plenty of room for our whole family! Jacque was so kind, caring and it really shows with all the special little details of the home. We will absolutely be back to stay at Jacque's! highly recommend her place if your looking for a Nashville area visit!

This was a great place to stay for my best friend’s Bachelorette trip! The host was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I saw a few comments about the location being sketchy so I was a bit worried but honestly I felt safe and so did the others girls! We had no problems with the location at all. I only rated 4 stars for cleanliness because a few of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and the blinds were kinda broken in spots. It was very helpful having all of the dishes,utensils and utilities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful stay at Kadie’s place. This home has everything you could need or want. It is close to the city yet so has a beautifully secluded feel. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location, the place was just as pictured and described. We enjoyed the house and the lake bar/restaurant that is a 2 minute walk. It's a happening place on the weekends but did not disturb us. Nashville was about a 35 minute drive which was perfect.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Rick's a great host (super responsive to our questions) and the space was everything he said it'd be. Zero issues. Book with Confidence.

Very beautiful place. Lacy’s landscaping is immaculate. It was so nice to have a fenced in area for my dogs to do their business! Although we didn’t use it - the hot tub is a very nice amenity. Lacy recommended some nearby places to eat and they were amazing. Close to the race track and close to Nashville. The perfect spot!

This home was absolutely perfect for family gathering to celebrate our 45th anniversary! Host was very accommodating when we asked for additional night. Neighborhood is quiet and felt very private. Sleeping arrangement perfect for 2 little ones and 3 adults. We enjoyed feeling at home during our in between Nashville events downtime.

Perfect location close to Vanderbilt and just a 5 minute drive to the action downtown. Quiet neighborhood but right off West End.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Zac was extremely easy to communicate with, we had no issues during our stay. Check in and check out instructions given were clear and easy! Was a good location with places to eat walkable distance and a close uber drive to downtown/Broadway just like stated in the description!

Our stay was fantastic! David was great and responsive! I would definitely stay again. My daughter had the best 21st! His condo is decorated picture perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

This place was very cozy. It was perfect for the four of us that stayed. Very clean and spacious. Pete was very responsive to my messages. The coffee shop across the street was nice in the mornings. Highly recommend this place. It’s close enough to downtown and yet far away to get away from the craziness.

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!
