This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

It is private for the cottage guests only. We are 7 miles from downtown Nashville.

Close to the city, but with a country feel. 8-12 minutes to The Grand Ole Opry, 12-16 minutes to Nissan Stadium, 16-20 minutes to Downtown. $12-$14 Uber fare to downtown - cheaper than parking.
